My father recently passed away My step-mother went in ProCom's Lorain Road Location to get some help in possibly switching the minutes left on my father's phone over to her phone She had called several times previous to this visit but was never able to reach anyone and no one returned her calls The gentleman (and I use this term very loosely) told her the minutes had expired but he would transfer the minutes over He went in the back, made a phone call and came back to tell her he could not transfer the minutes, she should have came in earlier to take care of thisAs she was trying to explain that the circumstances in caring for my Dad did not allow her the time to come in he proceeded to throw the two cell phones (and yes, I mean literally throw) onto the counter, told her she was being a baby and told her to get out of his store This is a sweet, year old woman, who just lost her husband and has never or would never treat anyone with anything but the utmost respect What is wrong with this man?!? He should not be anywhere near customers
