***, I am sorry for MrGolubic's loss but it was weeks that he did not contact me after he was at my home and we talked about what needs to be doneHe was at that time fully aware I had spoke with a lawyer and told me he had not completely water proofed the house and that there was a leak in the house when the pervious owner had it and he had recommended a drain be put in on the side of the drive wayAt that time I asked him for an estimate with a statement this is what he had recommended to the pervious owner and that I like him to do the work which he agreed toHe the told me the first step would be was to have the city come out to see where to tie the drain into the second would be the utilities to flag my property which they did and finally he would flag my property to show where he would do the workAs far as I know everything was done except MrGolubic's part with no return call no statement I went as far as to leave a message can you please give me a statement that the whole house was not water proofed and this was recommended to pervious owner and I would find someone else to do the work still no return call I am very disappointed and I can not believe this company is backed by the Revdex.com when he can not even return a call or give a statement he is not responsible for the leak unless there is more than he is saying and he is part of the issue with the leak in my house I completely understand he does not want to get involved in a law suit but he already is due to the fact he did the work in the first place I would appreciate if he would give me the statement and I will look else where for service but I can not believe this is how his company would treat a potential costumer

Joe Golubic 3:PM to *** In regards to a complaint from *** * ***, First of all the area that is leaking was NOT waterproofed buy my company, the seller told her the whole house was was waterproofed, but it was NOTSecond of all when I showed up,
she stated that she would be possibly be taking the seller to court, considering I didn't waterproof where it was leaking, I have absolutely no interest in being in the middle of a law suitFinally as a business owner for years and on a weekly basis hearing people complain about contractors not returning phone calls, I make every effort to get a hold of people that contact my business, unfortunately there were a couple of weeks that I did not return calls as usualThe reason being my FATHER passed away, so sorry for any inconvienceIf I could be of any further assistance please call me 440-230-
