To Whom it May Concern, Customer purchased a year old vehicle with over 100k miles on itOur on line photos serve to represent our vehicles as closely as possibleThe consumer came to the dealership to inspect the vehicle in person and complete his purchase transactionHe could have
changed his mind to purchase the vehicle at any time prior to sigining his contracts if he did not think the vehicle was representative of the photos he viewedWe will look in to this further and do our best to display better photos of all our on line vehicles. thank you

This customer was contacted by email yesterday upon receipt of his totally inappropriate and threatening emailI will be forwarding that email to the Revdex.com as well as copies of his paperwork on his transactionWe had to order his file from our storage company as it has been years since his
purchase. in ADP his transaction does indeed show he was given doallrs for a trade in so no idea what money he claims he never recievedI will need the information on the vehicle he says he traded in such as a vin number of the vehicle he says he traded in if it is different than his paperwork expresses. I will forward the paperwork when we get ithopefully today or tommthank you

Dealership has agreed to replace the part that was causing the issue I first reported*** "Service Manager" has been very helpfulI will like to have this case close

I called *** *** and personally and apologized for the obvious lack of follow thorugh from our staffI am refunding him the $as promised and will allign his vehicle at no cost as it is covered under his initial warranty. thank you

We apologize for the delay in response. We had to retrieve the deal folder to review all paperwork signed. There is no paperwork of any kind detonating this vehicle as a certified vehicle or any forms or paperwork signed by the consumer saying such. We also reviewed service records on this and it...

never went through service for [redacted]. These vehicles are clearly marked on the lot with numerous designations and numerous paperwork is signed by the consumer including a certification pack. This is not the case here. We apologize if the consumer feels Mislead by this sale. Mr. B[redacted] is no longer employeed with us as of about 3 months ago. There is no way to certify the vehicle now even if we wanted to as it needs to happen before it is retailed and titled. We will reach out to this customer again to discuss further. Thank you.

Our Finance Director is in contact with this customer now about this issue. I received the copy of the application signed by the consumer that was done in August 2009. I also made sure that was in the finance directors possession.  We are awaiting some information from Toyota and will respond when we get that. thank you.

we were able to issue the consumer the original Used Car warranty policy she desired with Toyota's assistance. this should serve to satisfy the customer complaint. thank you for your patience as we worked through this. sorry for the confusion.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   I did not purchase a "new" car warranty policy, I purchased a "used" car extended warranty.  If Joe Myers Toyota took it upon their own to submit a policy for a "new" car warranty policy, that was their assumption.  Not the product I was sold.The attached document, which is my original purchase signed agreement reflects this.

The vehicle is currently in our service department and we have come to a mutual agreement to fix most of the issues mentioned at no charge to the customer.

I am confident if the consumer produced the attachments sent to any agency it would be obvious he did not own the vehicle since the date in question in 2011. This is noted on the TX DMV sent in last week. It shows the destruction date of 2011. Also all paperwork shows the consumer also received the $3000 towards his purchase. I have also sent a letter stating the same on his Neon being surrendered to us on June 2011. please advise.

We would NEVER damage anyones vehicle for any reason. Let me make that clear. Furthermore the check engine light was not on when the...

car was picked up per the customers email. So we probably did not know there was any issues present other than the ones we were working on. [redacted] the service director will call this customer and get this addressed asap. I am sure if its somethign that occured while the car was here it was just an oversight that was not caught before the car left the shop. we will know more when we look at the vehicle again.

we are very sorry this slipped through the cracks here. we have contacted Ms. [redacted] and she is scheduled to come in and get these items taken care of on October 26th. thank you.

the warranty Mr. [redacted] purchased and the warranty that we offer at no cost to customers on pre owned cars, did not cover the part that went out on his vehicle. We have offered to split the cost of the repair with Mr. [redacted] which he apparently refused. We will repair the part with a total...
