Dear ***, I am so sorry Mrs***’s experience with Extended Warranty Company; Protection 1st has been an unpleasant one I was informed by the Protection 1st that on Sept 9, they logged an email sent to Mrs [redacted] containing the necessary Service Request Form needed to be filled out and returned to them They also noted one was sent by USPS Unfortunately they said they never received the completed form back from the customer therefore they could not move ahead with the claim In response to that, I am having the Service Request Form sent to meI have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and she is sending me the information to complete the form so I will be able to fill it out and return it to the Protection Company In addition to that I also ordered the necessary parts to repair the reclinerThey will be shipped directly to the customer’s homeI have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and explained that the parts will be shipped directly to her and I asked that she contact me when they arriveI will make sure that Protection 1st is contacted so their service technician can set up an appointment to complete the repair I will be monitoring every step of this claim, and will make sure the customer is taken care of As always, Joe Tahan’s takes great pride in servicing our customers, not only during the sale but more importantly after the sale Sincerely, [redacted] ***
