On July 28 2017 I received a call from Ms.[redacted] that the walkin freezer at her restaurant was not cold. I checked the unit out and found her compressor would not start it had to be replaced. Ms. [redacted] gave me her approval to proceed with the repair.I purchased a new compressor from [redacted]...

[redacted] order # [redacted] compressor model # [redacted] Serial #[redacted]. I have copy of sales order stating this with a purchase date of 6/28/17. I installed the NEW compressor, start components, liquid line filter dryer and new High Low pressure control on that day. Aprox 40 days later Ms. [redacted] called and said her fan unit {evaporator} inside the freezer was icing up everyday for over aweek I told her she should have called sooner she informed me" her husband was getting rid of the ice but today he is off and I don't know what to do". I went out to her restaurant right away and found it low on Freon I checked for leaks with my electronic leak detector but couldn't find a leak I informed Ms [redacted] of my findings and recommended a additive that seals small leaks from the inside out she was hesitant so I told her that we know it takes five weeks to get to the point of emergency so I told her I would top off the Freon while she discussed it with her husband. I never heard from her till the 25 of august that the freezer was having problems again. I told her I was sorry but I'm in Omaha for my Grandsons birthday for four days she informed me she could wait. After that call she called and called I told her you don't have to keep calling I can not help you till Monday or Tuesday August29 I am in Nebraska. When I got back she called many many times finally I told her that's iut I've had enough the leak is not on one of my welds i'm not responsible for anything but the Compressor call some one else if there is a issue with the compressor let me know as it is under warranty. on Wendesday she sends me a text about A company she called told her none of the parts I billed her for was replaced and she wanted a refund I texted her saying that's not true look at the serial number on the compressor the first two numbers are the year and besides I just bought it is warrantied for one year. She never responded to me. then on Sept. 5 I get a letter from Ms. [redacted] in the mail with pictures and one of the pictures shows a compressor with the serial number clearly visible I compare it to my receipt from [redacted] and it matches [redacted]. So I hope this satisfies Ms. [redacted] I can provide copies of the receipt from [redacted] or if you prefer you can contact [redacted] yourself at [redacted] is the branch Manager.I have asked him to assist you with any information you my need. If my dates don't completely match it is not intentional its the best I can recollect Thank You [redacted]
