Mr*** brought his vehicle in on two occasions for repairsThe first repair wasperformed in August and then he returned in September for another repairHe is nowdisputing the first repair and asking for a credit of the full amount of the InvoiceWehave refunded Mr*** the full amount he is asking forWe believe the matter hasbeen resolved

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** *** Joe's Garage has credited my credit card $which is the refund I wanted I have no further complaints against Joe's Garage except to note that they specialize in "classic" car repair and were unable to fix my year old GM Olds Delta The problem was the Modulator found inside the Distributor which provides electronic ignition for my car A mobile mechanic charged me $55.00, parts and labor and took only minutes to replace the modulator with a new modulator Thereafter, the Oldsmobile ran fine and still does Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Joe's Garage again They thought it was the carburetor causing the problem and suggested replacing it with another rebuilt carburetor Which would have cost me some $and would have been unnecessary Joe's Garage never even mentioned the modulator How can you be in business to repair classic car's (over years old) and not be able to tell a distributor problem (electrical) from a carburetor problem (fuel)??
How can Joe's Garage have been in business since 1952?? Am I the only unhappy customer they have ever had?? *.*
