Complaint[redacted]'s garge did tune up on my son's 10 seed maroon bike and son rode it home. First bill paid [redacted] Back tire was replaced and on ride home back wheel came loose and almost came off so son brought bike back to have it fixed. Derailer got bent on return trip so derailer and chain needed to be replaced. If tire was put on properly first time the second trip would not have been needed for an extra cost of [redacted] Bike still does not shift properly and don't want to go back there because the work has been so poorly done.Product_Or_Service: tune up on bikeDesired SettlementWould like bike fixed properly and billing adjustmentBusiness Response We have talked to the consumer directly and asked her to her bring the equipment back for another inspection. At which point the customer was refunded labor portion of both repairs. We will inspect the equipment one last time and advise the consumer about specifics of service related to a very old piece of equipment in which eventually the product becomes not serviceable based on the availability of parts to repair or replace or expenses related compared to the overall value of said product.
