Upon receiving the letter from your office we contacted [redacted] to resolve thematter. We understand his problem was acually a repair issue on his 1976...
Oldsmobile,and not really a customer service issue.
Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle in on two occasions for repairs. The first repair wasperformed in August and then he returned in September for another repair. He is nowdisputing the first repair and asking for a credit of the full amount of the Invoice. Wehave refunded Mr. [redacted] the full amount he is asking for. We believe the matter hasbeen resolved.
