My son had his birthday party here this last weekend, I can't say enough how much fun he had. The 3 instructors were extremely good with the kids. A great, great time that I cant recommend enough. My sons classmates are mostly girls and I think they had more fun than the boys. If youre local this is where you want your kids party, a great time!

Review: My son attended Taekwondo classes with [redacted] for 2 years (Sept. 2011 - June 2013). In December 2012, we signed him up early for the Sept. 2013-Aug. 2014 season, pre-paying in full ($1500). His policy is that if you decide to withdraw prior to the start of the season, he gives a full refund. We informed him of our intent to withdraw in July 2013. He told us at that time that we would receive our refund in November 2013. After multiple attempts to contact him, we finally reached him by phone on November **, 2013, and informed him that we still had not received our refund. At that time, he stated that because of declining new registrations, he was unable to give us our refund until March or April 2014. He stated that there are 9 or 10 other families ahead of us on the list for refunds, and he can't pay anyone for a while.Desired Settlement: We only want our $1500 refund.

Consumer complain is correct other than $99 registration fee less full refund($1401). which was scheduled for November **, 2013.

However we were not able to fullfill the refund on schedule date due to slow economy and flop on new enrollments which is suppose to bring in over 20 students in the end of October 2013. Due to bad storm weather on September **, 2013 street fair, we only enrolled 20% of usual amount of students which we had every year. I have been in this business for the past 30 years and this is definitely one of the worst years I ever had. My main objective is excellent costumer service, however there are similar refund which was requested in MAY & JUNE. We intend to honor all refund in order. Since his request was in July. He is about the 10th refund. Next Large enrollment is expected to be in spring when weather gets warm. we are sorry refund is delayed but we have all intention to give refund as soon as funds are available.
