This company was extremely helpful and awesome. They were honest and hardworking and upfront about everything. I think [redacted] was the name of the technician that came, and we could not have asked for a better, nicer, harder working guy than him.
We have used them 3 times now, the first time was to clear/clean out our main drain that was clogged due to build-up and a tree. The second time was general scheduled maintenance (voluntary from us, the customer) for that main drain. The third time was to replace our hot water heater which went. All three times, they were reasonable, and prompt, and came the same day we called/requested. The prices were very reasonable and good. They even sold us a Hot Water Heater that was a better brand and model than the hardware store for a cheaper price.
I have recommended them to several people, regardless if they needed the help, but just to let people know how great of a plumber and plumbing service this is.
