Review: My wife has been attempting to get my premium lowered from 104.00 to about 38.00 per month. We called John Hancock in January and were sent a form to fill out to request the lower premium. Another form was sent to us since the first form was filled out incorrectly My wife contacted John Hancock and spoke with a customer service representative who helped her with the 2nd form. Now it is June 13 and I have another bill for payment of $104. My wife has called John Hancock every month. The responses have been that they are working on it. In April she was told that they had a computer "glitch" that our claim was in the system. On May 27, 2014 my wife spoke with a [redacted] who said that the notes are in their system that we have been attempting to get the premium lowered and that the claim is in their "triage" and they are working on it. On June 13, my wife spoke to [redacted] again who looked at the notes and said they were still "working on it" and that we would receive the difference of the premium from 2/21/14. To which I told her that this matter has taken too long to resolve.Desired Settlement: We just want the premium lowered as requested in January of 2014 and the difference of the premium refunded NOT in another few months but NOW, they have had 5 months to get this done.
