Review: I received a bill in the mail on 3/30/15 from this dentists office. I immediately called for an explanation. The "office manager" was extremely combative, and when I requested multiple times why I was being billed when I have NEVER visited their office, or gave them permission for any services for any member of my family, she would not do so. Stating that 10 years ago in 2006 they had an insurance card with my info on it for payment of services from that era. I am extremely confused as to why I am being billed, and what for. I asked several times for a copy of what I was being billed for, and proof of my visit and request for services. The oiffice manager hung up on me, telling me I was being abusive. I was in no way abusive, nor did I ever even raise my voice. All I asked for was proof of resposibility, and the office manager told me it was not their resposibility to provide such a thing. I asked her several times how they could bill somebody for services they did not request or approve, and she got very agitated and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Proof of responsibility for rendered services. I have NEVER visited this office, nor gave them permission to bill me for work on any children or family members. I am not responsible for any work they rendered without my prior approval, and I want the bill nullified.

I am unable to address the complaint about how Mr. [redacted] was given the information onthe account and to whom he spoke to at the time. However, we did see his daughter[redacted] on 1-15-2015 and again on 1-22-15, Mr. [redacted] was listed as the insured for thisaccount. He was sent the bill in question after the insurance paid their portion on the bill.This is a divorce situation, and the bill was sent to Mr. [redacted] since the insurance wasunder his name. We have called [redacted]'s mother, [redacted], who has made partialpayment on the account.Our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for any misunderstanding that may have taken place.
