John Tanzilli Overhead Garage Doors

Review: 10/9/2014 [redacted] on premises to re-program left garage door and fix or replace keypad for right side garage door opener. He was unable to fix the right keypad at that time was assured that it was fixable. I have documented 18 phone calls to [redacted] and his responses in regards to fixing or replacing entire opener in order to have a unit and keypad that worked. Each time there was a reason he was not able to get to the location ranging from death in family, weather issues, 3 times with truck broken down each of my phone calls to [redacted], I was assured that the keypad issue was fixable when he found a compatible unit. On Friday, April 11, 2015, after 6 months of aggravation, I called a competitor who arrived the very next day and installed a universal keypad. On Monday 4/14/2015 when I called [redacted] and told him the keypad was fixed, I asked him what he never mentioned installing a universal keypad to which he answered "I don't know" I did tell [redacted] I would be contacting the Revdex.com..Desired Settlement: For original work that competitor re-did.

I only hope that no one else goes through this type of aggravation from [redacted] . [redacted] always mentioned he was working in north Wilmington. My first service with the company was 25-30 years ago in Bear, De and was a returning customer.

Review: Installed a new garage door in February and it had a dent in it. He said he would order new panel and replace it. I have called severall times only to hear more excuses as to why it is taking so long. Never heard back and will not return callDesired Settlement: I want what I payed for, a door with no dents!!
