I Will be happy to meet with [redacted] and her son or daughter or someone else who can mediate fairly [redacted] does not trust in my word or believe a word I say therefore making this solution difficultI don't know what she wants me to do at this timeThe roof is not leaking and does not have any problems in my opinionI have respected [redacted] and she has bad mouthed me and showed me no respect of any kind.remember my crew foreman was in her attic during the rain and found no evidence of a leakI will have to send an invoice for the service call if there is no leak or warranty issues Tell us why here

We'll what did you expect another contractor to tell you? He had to tell you something and I disagree with his findings and wish he had a photo to back up his claimHowever I will send you the $for his service charge if it makes you feel betterI still stand by the fact that I install roofs everyday for over years and your roof is in great shape and was installed according to the manufactures specifications as my crew is trained at their plant in Missouri each yearSorry for Mrs***s issues after completion of the roof and hope all is resolved

Due to the fact John wade, discriminated against me by referring to my age "are you getting the picture here that she is old and not competent to make rational decisions." well, john wadewe will just see about that . You're saying I 'm old, incompetent so you toke advantage of me John?

As stated the finding  were shingles at the corner of air vent ( right side)   were not sealed down. we have had  blowing rain from the north east like  previous and thus far no leak , as I tried to get you-all to check I just wanted leak fix not to result in abusive attacks. There will be no further  contact unless the roof blows off.     Thank you, [redacted]

On 5/20/2016 I had a roofer to check whole roof. " There were shingles at corners of air vent that weren't  sealed down when lifted you could see a hole, that area apparently never was done. " there have not been any further leak in the ceiling  since repair, we are having rain just about every day . AS I tried to tell john and his worker but they never would check, I fact one was courted as saying they  didn't do the work, this weren't said by john are his assoc.but one of the installation.  Therefore the charge was $ 100.00 I'm requesting reimbursement.

I met with [redacted] after she called me for an estimate to replace her roof. She indicated I came highly recommended. We agreed on replacing her roof and I  installed a Tamko Heritage laminated Roof with Hi Profile Z Ridge cap shingles along with continuous ridge ventilation. I...

scheduled the work and my crew completed the work in 1 day. That afternoon I stopped and did my walk over inspection as I have done for 35 years on each customers roof before collecting the first payment for the roof. I told her the roof was installed correctly and she was very happy and paid me. The very next day she called and said she could hear the wind blowing something and making a noise on the roof. She also said she heard animals in her attic and we must have done something incorrect to cause these issues she's hearing. I went to her house with my 2 men from my crew to investigate her request and did not find anything wrongly installed or flashed causing her complaints. When I reassured her that there was nothing we did not find anything wrong she didn't believe me and requested I go up in her attic and look for the issues. So I pulled down her attic stairway and went up into the attic as she was right behind me looking up as to find something wrong.( in my 35 years of roofing I have never been in a customers attic after the roof was completed without probable cause) I told her I didn't see anything out of the ordinary and she began saying that my men drove the long decking nails thru the attic and will hit her head when she gets into the attic. I told her we only use short roofing nails and the nails she was referring to had been there since day one when the house was built and every homes attic has these type nails coming thru. So she then said my men damaged her landscape metal guard in the back alley and I disagreed however to make her happy I had my crew go to home depot and replace 1 10 ft section landscaping metal at my costs. When the crew finished she then wanted them to do the other side of her driveway and my crew told her that was all for free. We did not damage it in the first place however I went out of my way to make the customer happy. A day or so went by and she was calling saying her house was cold and she wanted the ridge vent removed and 2 wind turbines replaced because she thought the ridge vent was making her house colder. I sent the crew out to do this and when they got there she had changed her mind and told them to leave. The very next Sunday morning around 10 am she called to say that she was still leaking in her kitchen and water dripped on her head. I sent my crew out there and they got inti her attic for over thirty minutes during the rain and after it had slowed down and found no wet insulation or decking or any indication of a leak. Are you getting the picture here that she is very old and not competent to make rational decisions. She contacted the State Farm Adjustor that recommended me and told him to come inspect my roof and he did so and told her it was a great install and she had no worries that I  install great roofs everyday in Dallas Ft Worth and have no complaints from my customers. When I asked her about his comments regarding her roof she said she was fed up with me and him and state farm. I have never experienced this and suspect it is a mid problem and she has decided to make this her main issue for some reason even after we have all proved there is nothing wrong with her roof.  Where do I go from here?
