Hello this is *** *** as far as I know we have done the repairs and reimbursed *** the money for the taxes that she incurred , I have called her family two or three times and have been told by her daughter that she is happy If you find anything else I can to help her please let me know

Mr***'s fiance's *** has been completely repaired and she is welcomed to come pick it up immediately. If she chooses to retain the *** there is a price difference that was discussed quite a few times with her and she would need to qualify for a new loan on that vehicle. We
stand ready to assist her at any time and wish to provide for her complete satisfaction

I'm sorry you have had this ongoing check engine light problem , please bring your car in and see me I'm *** I'll find out what's going on and why I know it went to *** repairs and I know I paid the bill but I have no idea what's going on I haven't seen or heard from you in months so assumed

Complaint #*** To whom it may concern, This is in rebuttal to the complaint #***, *** ***, * *** *** *** ** ***Ms*** did come into our dealership back in April and purchased a *** ***When she first arrived she informed us that her current vehicle was
in the process of being repossessed We informed Ms*** it was up to her to phone the bank and make arrangements for the vehicle to be picked upMs***, commented about miles being added to the vehicle while it sat in our storage facility, we have no knowledge of thatHer vehicle was sitting in our storage facility since she took delivery of her *** *** back on April 13th, Ms***’s bank contacted us in regards to the vehicle, they were informed that we had the vehicle and they could come pick it up at any timeMs*** came here and picked up the vehicle herself and brought it were it had to go to save herself moneyWe never charged her our usual $a day storage fee because the gentleman who sent her here was friendly with our owner JohnWe have no claim to this vehicle nor do we feel we should be held responsible for the vehicle she left behindIt was her responsibility to return the vehicle where ever it had to be turned toSincerely, *** ** *** General Manager

There is actually nothing that you did to fix my vehicle, after bringing it to you multiple timesAll that was done was it wax driven until the light shut off long enough for your friends to slap a faulty inspection sticker on itI tried to return the vehicle and you wouldn't take it back, I have had nothing but issues with it since DAY miles of driving it off of the lot, since having it, less than months there has been problem after problem, after problemI am paying on a car that isn't even drivable, because the engine is ruined, even though you guarantee your cars to be reliable and everything elseit's all a lie, you knew you sold me a lemonthere is nothing but deceit with your business, and it's not just me who has had the same sort of issues.

complaint would be withdrawnThis issue was an unfortunate breakdown in communication which we have apologized for and going forward will work diligently to assure something like this does not happen again
