Johnny Buffit's Auto Emporium

I was supposed to have my car detailed today at Johnny Buffit's, however when my wife went back to pick up the car at 3pm it wasn't even started yet. I understand that it's Mother's Day weekend, but don't take appointments if you can't keep them. I would advise against buying a discount promotion on Amazon or Groupon for this business, unless you like being treated as a 2nd class customer! We are very disappointed with this service!!
