FactsCustomer had special order ( our policy is 4-weeks to get merchandise into our store to be picked up or delivered)Customer signed the policy.Customer started complaining weeks into the process.We still delivered the sofa , love seat and chair free before the maximum date in according to our
? policy ? ( we do more for our customers )customer signed for delivered items ( delivered in good condition )Customer picked up the tables and signed that he inspected them and received them in good condition as well.Customer transported the tables to his house and attempted assembly.? Customer called that tables where damaged ( minor none noticeable scratches that are usually the result of opening the box or laying product on a harsh surface )? we still offered the customer to bring them back for repair of his own damage to merchandise that he signed for in good condition.? Customer was still trying to obtain a further discounts (none warranted) we offered to order new ones ( it was a special order from the beginning we don't stock them)? ? customer wanted us to " make the tables appear out of thin air, we don't make furniture in our store we order from factories)Although he was clearly making up issues and refusing solutions and we have a restocking fee for issues like this in our policy? we offered him full refund for the tables ( he already cashed the check )he had also special ordered a TV stand when he inspected it he found a minor ( less than 1/of inch scratch at the bottom of one of the shelves facing the ground when assembled)? furniture stores throughout the world have ( we touch it up policy for this because it is a naturally occurring situation in the furniture business)customer refused we gave him a full refund on the spot ( we are not God)customer was still making a seen and accused the owner of laying and other none called for statements.? the owner finally after being pushed and shoved and fed up with this customer asked him to take his check and leave? ? fully refund was issued on disputed items.case closed? ? thank you?

We will have the factory attempt contacting the customer again!Our techs have made several attempts to resolve the issue for the customer and we believe that the furniture is within specs and fully functional.?

I am rejecting this response because: there was no lies are fabrications I cALLEd Johnny explaining I was having a hard time getting sofa he started right in I could have sold this sofa 15 times NO all sales final then told me he wold deliver it sat on his own time schedule and yes he was rude . in the mean time Johnnys sent me a text a link for a review yes I let him no how rude he was. No sooner did I send the reveiw he called me left a voice message acting really nice free delivery and to let him know what else they can do... still on voice mail I have proof )all a ploy for me to call right away he started yelling that offer was off the table no delivery and he is going to charge me 50 dollars a day till I pick it up then went on to tell me I was a poor excuse of a human being I could not believe this all over a reveiw black mail is more like it.I dont mind making payments on bed even though its drooping already. but after that treatment I do not want couch I feel I got bullied there was no reason for it. I have the right to my review without him interfering.I will stick with this story I have no reason to lie and will swear under oath since he also threaghten to take me to court.

This sort of Damage is a Factory Warranty Issue, In accordance with Factory recruitment we must turn in all evidence for warranty review ( a Process that takes 4 to 6 Weeks ) After the Factory goes through the process they authorize replacement of damaged items/Parts that process takes up to 6...

weeks. We are at the mercy of the factory. We did our best to accommodate the customer and still are actively seeking a resolution. Replacement was ordered and we will replace damage item as soon as we get it from factory.

This customer ordered stuff from us and are being financed.  We delivered the stuff to their house a long time ago.  We corrected the problem with his couch so I don't know why he filed a complaint.  He said he was having issues with his financing, which is who he would need to...

Unfortunately all sales are final on Closeout items and Final Clearance Deals. The customer understood and signed the contract as such.customer took half of the items and told us she will be in the next day to take the couch! that never happened , customer did not call us to let us know she can't...

pickup, we finally called to see why she did not pickup.When told that customer can't pickup we offered free Delivery!!! Customer was ok with that ( not thankful or appreciative ) Ok by us!! We do things out of good well all the time not expecting a thank you.Next day we receive a review full of lies and fabrications and excuses of things that where not done or said by Johnny's Crazy Deals or the Staff.  Finally it is our policy that if merchandise is not picked up then it will be considered abandoned . Again out of good well we can waive all storage FEES and give the customer 7 Business day's from 6/9/2017 to pickup the Sofa.thanks

This issue was resolved and customer retracted all that has to do with complaint. It was a miss understanding on when merchandise will be delivered. We delivered ahead of promised date.

This customer purchased a bed that was a floor sample and labeled AS IS. There is nothing wrong with the bed. We sold it to her for 1/3 of the price. She had her husband come in and inspect the bed and they agreed to purchase it. They left it wrapped for weeks with no complaints. We then hear from...

them that there was something wrong. I spoke to her and I told her no one sold you something you did not see, you had the chance to inspect it and you agreed for the AS IS purchase. If the customer called us within the couple of days, we would’ve traded them in with something else, but there is nothing I can do about it 5 or 6 weeks later.

I am rejecting this response because:
The so called "Facts" are in accurate as well as some issues seemed to be overlookedFirst off, I was told by [redacted], who completed my sale on Feb 12th that my order would be 2-4 weeks but would be here at the 2 weeks and should expect it by then.Feb 19th I went up to place an order for a matching entertainment center with [redacted]. While there I simply asked if there was any update on my furniture. [redacted] informed me that it appeared the TABLES, were on a truck and should be here in a day or 2.... but the couches were still a week or so out.... I said ok, asked if I could pick up just the tables when they came in, and went on my way...i  did not here from the business.... on Feb 27th I called to ask if the tables had come in, they said yes.... after work I went up to pick them up... before I loaded I simply inquired about the status of my couches, and now my entertainment center.... I was then told that the couches wouldn't be in until the end of March now and the entertainment center wouldn't be in until now the middle of April... Yes I was a little frustrated that I now had to wait longer for my furniture but did not demand or ask for anything....I went back to load my tables, [redacted] helped load the tables into my truck... I asked him that if there was any damage to when I opened them, should I call them back and he responded yes....I took them home, and my girlfriend and myself unloaded the two 80lb each coffee tables, and one 125lb coffee table... not unrealistic with furniture to lift... we brought them inside and I immediately opened the box to start putting them together... the first piece I pulled out I noticed a chip and some scratches on it... I immediately contacted the store to which I spoke to [redacted] again, he apologized and said he'd order me a new table to replace it... but asked me to first open the rest of the boxes to see if any of the remaining boxes had damage in it....when I opened the coffee table I noticed that the whole wheel base was broken and barely together... I opened the second table and didn't see any damage until I had put it together and noticed the scratches and chips on the back..... I called [redacted] back and he again apologized and said he'd order me 3 brand new pieces right then and to bring back the damage ones at my earliest convenience.on the 16th of March my Girlfriend went up to see where are couches were.... they said that they should be any day then finally checked their system and realized oh they were delivered today... she asked them to deliver them to make up for are inconvenience...which they did....She also asked about the rest of our purchases and they said they still haven't ordered the tables.....they accused me of lying about [redacted] telling me that he said he would order them. She Left and letter we received our couches  which we appoved and signed for.....As I have previously stated in my original message this is when I went to get the entertainment center.... They were trying to resell me my original tables claiming nothing was wrong....I pointed out all the damage.... Entertainment center- opened at the store and pointed out the damage on the first piece..... YES BRAND NEW MEANS BRAND NEW... if I wanted marked up furniture I would have bought off Craigslist... I went back up and asked what was going to be done about it.... [redacted] told me that there was not much they could do and offered me a ful refund for my entertainment center.... I also asked why they were trying to resell me damaged furniture... he kept saying that the parts were on order.... he wasnt understanding my question so I asked for a full refund for all the tables.... he said ok and went to get the prices... he gave me the amount of my refund and I simply asked if I could see my invoice.... when I looked at my invoice I noticed it was not iitemized... I asked can you break it down what each piece was figured to be so I can make sure I am getting my full refund for the tables.... [redacted] handed it over to [redacted] who had originally sold me the furniture.... while [redacted] was getting the numbers is when [redacted]ny began to make his comments. [redacted] even tried to apologize and see if there was anything that SHE could do to get us our tables.... He insisted to give me my refund, cussed me out and told me to get out of his store after I got my refund....These are the FACTS..... Yes I got my Refund for my Tables.... But this is about the type of Customer Service the Business has....There was someone with me as well who can testify for all of this.... as well as there where CAMERAS that would show the TRUTH... I never pushed, or Shoved [redacted] as he is claiming... Since then [redacted] has contacted me and told me to Cease and Desist my personal reviews on social media or else I would be hearing from his lawyer.. Which is also harassment towards me... I am entitled to write a review on a company good, bad, or ugly.....if there is ANYTHING else that the Revdex.com would like to know, I would be happy to inform them...The moral of the story is you have no right to disrespect a customer, and to degrade them.... you do not cuss them out and  get in their face....
