Bad customer service. Extremely bad service, High price, owner uses threats and intimidation to deal with upset customers. In short, the man is a [redacted], and uses intimidation and scare taticts to get what he wants.

Review: My daughter's car broke down on the exit ramp to [redacted] in Berlin. A tow truck driver, whom we did not call stopped, told my daughter he would be back to help her and left. My daughter then called me and I told her to wait while I found out if we had roadside assistance. While doing so, the driver came back and rushed my daughter into making a decision if she wanted help or not. Given where she was, she agreed. Driver hooked up car and then told her it would be $100 to tow her LESS THAN 1 MILE DOWN THE ROAD TO [redacted]. He then stopped at [redacted] and told her to get cash, EXACT cash, as he didn't carry change. My daughter felt weird about that, asked how he couldn't have change if they only took cash, for which the driver ([redacted]) had no answer. I called the owner. My first question was do you have a tow truck service, to which he said yes. I then asked if he had a driver named [redacted], and he answered yes. I then asked if he was the owner, and what his name was. He said...WHAT DO YOU WANT. I then proceeded to ask him how he can charge $100 to go less than 1 mile when I didn't even call him for assistance. I suggested he was trolling. He asked to me, very rudely if I get paid to work. When I said yes...he said "well if you don't like it, I'll call my driver and have him drop the car right in the street and leave her. He then hung up on me, call his driver; told him to give the phone to my daughter, and then proceeded to tell my daughter to get her mother in line; and we're just helping you out, which we didn't have to do. He then hung up on her. Fortunately they were already at [redacted] or the driver would have left her. This is unacceptable customer service, especially for a young woman who is alone and theatening her mother is definitely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and an apology from the owner of this business. Threatening and getting belligerent and telling my daughter to get me in check, as well as rushing my daughter to make a decision, when I told her to wait is not acceptable and not deserved.
