Review: On 11/20/2015 we hired John B[redacted] to purchase, stain and install a spindle railing in our living room. Since Mr B[redacted] had done 3 prior projects for us, we felt comfortable in giving him $640 cash to purchase the supplies. We bought the stain ourselves and, after an lengthy delay, Mr B[redacted] picked it up on 12/27/2015. Since that time, we have not been able to reach him by phone, text and even a visit to his home. Mr B[redacted] had claimed that he purchased the supplies at [redacted] However, we confirmed with [redacted] that he had never bought the railing suppliesOn 3/27/2015 we hired John B[redacted] to install vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts on our home. Mr B[redacted] began and finished the job in May of 2015. During the next couple months, we discovered that he neglected to install coil stock on the wood above the den windows. Additionally, rainwater was not diverting properly near the back porch, causing water to drip onto the grill area. on a subsequent visit, we showed Mr B[redacted] the issues and he agreed to fix them.
