Does not know how to repair things and does not repair things he says he does. Will not answer phone after the fact. $5560 truck is dead.untrained promised truck in 1 weeks, kept 4 weeks. Had to pay for parts IN ADVANCE $2260. He told all he was going to do, would not answer phone after a week, 2 weeks,, 4 weeks later he says it is ready. I drove it 1 1/2 days and it quit. Has been towed to the local dealship for repairs. Total paid him was $5560. He refuses to talk to me. Dealership is taking pictures of slack inexperienced cheap repairs. Plus ones he said he did, he did not do. I had an oil lead when I got him, very insufficient transmission fluid, had to add that. This man/boy needs to be closed down AGAIN and not allowed to open under a different name. I want my $$$ back and tried to negotiate part of it. He will not respond. Desired Settlement$5560, total refund. He said he replaced 32 values, ONE was replaced. Computer connecters he said he had a part overnighted to fix that, it is put together with some type of wire, not the part needed. The dealership is taking pictures and documenting from my list of things he supposedly did. I want a total refund including parts AND the charges the dealership charges paid BY HIM!

Johns truck repair has had my truck for going on 9 months with nothing to showJohn has had my husbands truck since march 2015. We have paid them over $14,000 for Parts to be put on the truck. After they had it for3 months and NOTHING had been done we Started asking for tracking numbers for the ordered Parts and we were told there were no tracking numbers. We got the truck back the beginning of septTo go on vacation. At that time only the transmission had been put in. Not a month later the transmission was broken AGAIN. Johns came back and picked up the truck and said they sent it to [redacted] in Raleigh nc. I asked johns truck repair for the number and who I needed to speak with in Raleigh and their response was let us handle it. We were told after a month and a half of not hearing anything but the truck was in Raleigh. I called [redacted] and they knew nothing about our truck and had never had it. I called johns and all I got was bad attitude from the girl that answered the phone. It's going on 9 months and all we have gotten is bad attitude and lies about the truck. We have been promised that the truck would be ready time and time again just to be told another lie.
