Review: I have been sending multiple emails asking for discrptions of what is wrong with me and the doctor is not willing to to give me any answers when I ask for my records and I everytime I have been asking they tell me that they wont give me the information provided due to any workmans comp issue. York services has been doing the same thing when I ask for information they wont give me any way sort of form of what is happening. Im the poorest person on the earth. I have no way to get anywhere due to Transportation issues. Im am upset because of my injury they keep pushing me away I feel that they are launderying my money issues and health issues at the same time so I need to have a copy certified from them to know how I can deal with my illness. Im tired of people hiding and not willing to help. so please help me in any sort of way to resolve this issueDesired Settlement: to give me the right treatment im trying to be nice but its getting no where
