Review: I placed an order for delivery using my debit card. My card was charged twice without my permission. When I questioned the additional charge I was told it was an item the has neglected to charge. The item in question was one out of two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I was also charged two different prices for each sandwich despite being identical. I checked the listed menu prices and I was livid to see that I was overcharged. A bacon egg and cheese on a roll costs $3.75 with an additional $1.50 for extra bacon. Why was I charged $6.20 for one and $6.70 for the other when the advertised price is $5.25? Check the prices here: [redacted]/I had and have no interest in patronizing a business that overcharges it's customers so I promptly called back and requested a refund. To my surprise I was denied and the person on the phone refused to take any responsibility. After charging my card a second time without permission, being overcharged, and being verbally mistreated; I had had enough. I went to the location in person to return the food and continue to insist that the charges be reversed on my card. The people at johny's took the food back and gave me cash. I don't want their cash I want the charge reversed on my card. My return should've been done in the tender in which it was received.To [redacted]:Your quality of service is disgusting.
