Jonathan L Nelson DDS PLLC

We took my 91 year old mother to Dr. Nelson for dentures. She went through painful oral surgery and had anchors installed to hold the dentures.
We have been struggling for 1 year to get the dentures comfortable enough for my Mom to be able to wear them. There have been many trips to Dr. Nelson and many adjustments to no avail. We have repeatedly asked him to replace them but he has refused to do so.
Last week the dentures broke. Dr. Nelsons response was to tell Mom to use the temporary dentures he had given her when he ordered the ones that broke. He has adjusted them for her and she still can't wear them for more than 1 hour before they become too painful and she has to take them out.
Dr. Nelson refuses to get new dentures for her unless she pays for them, saying there is no guarantee.
When we try to talk to him he doesn't keep quiet long enough to understand our problem. He talks on and on until we become so frustrated we let him adjust the dentures again.
This has been going on for a year and is the worst experience we have ever had with a dentist.
