Jones Kohanski

Review: Jones Kohanski continues to bill me invoices for services they claim to have completed for me after the retainer amount of $7,000 I provided was used. The $7,000 was the total amount I agreed to pay for their assistance in helping me with my tax bill and the service was completed on May 4, 2011. I prepaid $7,000 for services regarding my IRS Audit, because I did not want the total amount due to exceed $7,000. I thoroughly discussed my reservation to permit Jones Kohanski to provide services exceeding $7,000. They did nothing at all to assist me with my tax audit and are currently sending me invoices for upwards of $17,000. I made a mistake in paying them $7,000, as they did not assist me in any matter with my tax audit. It was a lesson learned not to do business with them again, however, the continued billing is egregious and absolutely unwarranted.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop attempting to collect a debt that is unjust and to render my balance paid in full.
