I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

I would just like to clarify a few points and add items missed. The numbers below reference the numbers in your letter.1. Correct2. Correct3. Correct4. Please add that the sales team informed Lisa *** (Ex Wife) that there would not be any penalties, early termination, monthly payments or over mileage.5. There is not any way to know the exact mileage as there was never a statement signed with the actual mileage. As you state there seems to be a discrepancy of miles. There is no way of know how those miles were put on the car. Yes Joseph paid the reaming payments as agreed.7. No this is not accurate. US Bank called and asked where the remainder of the payment for the car was. They know it was turned in but said I owed 20k plus for the value of the car. I called Joseph and they had no record of the car being turned in. Joseph did not even have the VIN number. I provided the VIN number and someone walked the lot to find the car. There is no way to know if it was driven or if there was excessive wear and tear. Joseph called US Bank and paid the remainder and did not give me the option to buy.8. Correct. It also included early termination and other items. I will be home on Tuesday am and will send you.9. Correct Lisa *** was told that Joseph would pay that and any other fees associated.10. Correct I was never given the opportunity to buy the car. I was told by Reese *** early March that the car was sold. I was still under the term of my car. Melinda from your office told me that the car is still available June 9th. These stories contradict each other.There are a number of items we disagree with and feel Joseph is completely at fault.There is a difference of miles from the last Carfax and February. That equals $1091.71.Joseph agreed to pay all penalties overages and payments. They specifically said that she/I would not have to pay another dime for this car. We have a witness that was with her that confirmed.To clarify when I asked US bank and/or Joseph in February the car was not available. I was never given the opportunity to buy.US Bank informed me that this was an illegal transaction because my name was on the lease. They said this should have never happened and that Joseph was at fault.Again I feel that Joseph is at fault and should be paying us bank as they promised to Lisa ***. Yes I have an open case with the Revdex.com and will let them know this matter is still open and that you do not seem to want to cooperate.Thanks*** ***
