Josh contacted me finally last Saturday after untold him I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comHe offered me window cleaning inside and out for all the problems I had and he said he had no excuse for not showing up multiple times and he was sorry
Non Monday morning he came himself and redid all the smeary windows and did the extra ones u requestedI was satisfied but would never feel I could refer him to anyone because of the multiple times his company did not show up, the lack of communication he had with me when they did not show and not keeping his word multiple timesI am satisfied with the outcome but would still like the Revdex.com to keep my complaint in file as there is no reason a businessman should ever run a business in this manner

I apologize for the fact a partial refund has not been sent out yet, I will let my office know immediately and it will be sent out MondayAs far as a 100% refund, I will not be issuing that due to the fact we performed most of the work that was askedAgain I am sorry I have not been more diligent
