Complaint[redacted]7483 [redacted] Charles, La. 70607February 5, 2014Virgin Remy WholesaleOwner4685 American Way #101Memphis, TN 38118To whom it may concern:You will recall that you and I have discussed at least four-six times during the past 3 weeks the low quality product provided by your company. After each conversation, products worsen in short time (1-3 days), only to revert to the standard that brought about my original complaint.I will summarize in this letter my previous complaints about your product. You may wish to refer to hierologist as you read my comments.1.Extension Hair. According to the 38 bundles of hair I received, 4 additional bundles & 1 closure I refused to accept when usps carry tried to deliver a grand total of 42 bundles & 1 closure, I was under the impression that the hair would be 100% Virgin Human hair but soon found out that it wasnt. I had three customers try 3 bundles each making it a total of 9 bundles of hair, one being a beautician. They all had the several issues within 1-3 days of the hair install. After further investigation, we soon found out that the hair was mixed with synthetics & human hair fibers. I wasnt aware of this hiding issue. This wasnt part of neither the description that was provided by the website nor the person I was communicating with via chat. This was a question I asked about during the chat conversation prior to purchasing because it is a huge deal breaker. The product is less than satisfactory.2.Shedding. Prior to my purchase I spoke with a chat reprehensive about their quality control due to some companys being accustom to selling poor quality control hair to good paying customers, but was inform by the company they didnt have any issues. I soon found out, after the install that they due in fact have quality control issues due to the hair shedding like a dog within 1-3 days of install. No non quality control 100% Virgin Human hair extension should have a shedding issue. But- the company is fully aware of this issue due to them selling weft glue which supposed to be a method to keep the hair from shedding, which I dont think will work if the hair isnt properly sewn to the track using high quality technology. Although your service people may/do show up each day, their efforts can only be described as careless.3.Length. When I first received my 1st order, I measured all the lengths from the top of the weft to the last strain of hair & all of the length was 1-3 short which is stealing from the paying customer. I email the company & received a return call. The reprehensive didnt resume responsible for the incorrect lengths being sent but in fact told me that most customers would buy longer lengths to offset things like that. With that being said that still stealing from the customers. I purchased 37 bundles & only 1 or 2 of them was barely meeting the lengths that I purchase. Neither of these two stipulations is being met to my satisfaction.4.Tangling. The hair was tangling the 1st day it was installed & got worse over time, which isnt normal for brand new hair that supposes to be 100% Virgin Human hair. I also ask the rep via chat if the hair has tangling issues but was once again told a lie. Im convinced that this is a normal practice in their offices.5.Miscellaneous. I could mention a dozen other hair quality issues & quality control issues that are not being met satisfactorilypictures, other customers youtube videos, videos of my clinics properly installed shedding hair & tangled hair which was told to me that wouldnt be a issues but was.6.These items that were descripted would all be a huge deal breaker for me & was lied about via chat. I can provide a video of my customers that had the hair in that hair shedding issues, styling issues, tangling issues, & so on.I am willing to fly to your company & meet with you once more to discuss this situation and again point out to you why we are not satisfied with the present arrangement. I assure you that this is a matter of some urgency to me. I am consulting with my lawyer in case youre not willing to 100% refund me my money due to false adverting, misleading, lying, & stealing. Via USPS notice you have received both parcel unused & in the same order as I received them. Went in beauty supply store on September 18, 2013, purchased 2 relaxers and 2 razors. After purchasing the relaxers, I noticed that one of them was a Super, which I can't use. Took the relaxer back to the store and told them that I could not use it. They told me to get a regular. They did not have a regular and I told them that I did not need anything else out of the store. A stylist in the store, probably not licensed, stepped up in my face and rudely tells me "They said no refunds, get what you are gonna get and leave." I told her to get out of my face. The people in the store were very rude to me so I called the police. They came outside and told me that I could not even stand on the sidewalk because they own the sidewalk. I still have this relaxer that I can do nothing with, a waste of my money, and also had to walk away after being treated like crap.Product_Or_Service: African Pride Olive Miracle No-Lye RelaxerDesired SettlementI am stuck with a product that I cannot use and my feelings are very hurt after being treated that way in a store that I shop in regularly. A refund would not justify how they treated me but at least my money would not be in vain. I also heard that the stylist in there don't need a license to do hair. Isn't that illegal. They should be checked for proper license. They should understand, that is not the way they should treat customers spending money in their store. I still have the receipt.Business Response Please accept this letter as a formal response to your letter dated October 7 2013. In speaking with our store personal regarding the issue with [redacted], the issue did not happen the way it was stated in the complaint letter. The customer had purchased a processing chemical that cannot be refunded but was offerred an exchange, but not wanting to do so. But that is of little to no value to the situation. I will be contacting her to offer a refund or exchange with her. If there are any further actions I need to take to clear this up, please feel free to contact me.

Merchant refused to offer refund for product and only offered exchange which I refused. Merchant threatened me that today was the last day to exhangeOn 9-20-14 I purchased 3 packs of wigs [redacted] 3pcs 2) Transaction #XXXXXX. On XX-X-XX at 7:10 p.m. I attempted to return an unused pack of the hair. I provided the cashier who is a mid to late 30s medium to large frame Asian man the product and the receipt. The cashier consulted with an older 50s+ [redacted] man as to whether he could proceed with the return and he was given the go ahead. The cashier opened the hair product and examined it, counting the tracks and then closed the product. The cashier asked me what product in the store I wanted and I told him I wanted my money back, he informed me that they do not give refunds only exchange. I told the cashier that their receipt does not indicate the policy that he was stating, he restated that I could only get something in the store and I again refused. He pushed both the product and the receipt towards me and I informed him that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and that he would be hearing from them. The cashier responded that today was the last day referencing the policy on the receipt which indicates that refund or exchange must be made within 14 days.Desired Settlement$9.99 plus tax

Bad Hair Services I purchased 3 bundles of Perviuan Hair and a Sew in for $240.00 paid on Visa Debit Card 2 1/2 weeks ago. The stylist provided horrible service.My hair was braided down with the extension of some synethic hair and the braids have lifted from the scalp along with hanging thread and most of the tracks are loose or either hanging .Informed the stylist of why the nape braid was extremely big and loose and she informed me thats how it needed to be.Also there were several gaps and spaces left in between ....I now have more breakage and damage.And the bad thing is the owner have such a nasty attitude he doesn't want to refund /reimburse you for anything or correct the issue.I would have liked to reslove this issue in the store but the owner has very unprofessional behavior.Desired SettlementI can refunded the amount for my sew in or I would like the sew in done by another stylist who can professionaly do a sew-in.
