I received my $500 from DMV - evidently they got it from the business.

Phone response - this vehicle was sold as a parts car only, and the consumer knew that. The vehicle was not inspected, because it would not pass, he put fake plates on this...

unregistered/ non inspected vehicle and got caught. When the vehicle was impounded, he called for the title which I have so he could prove ownership, then said he didn't want it and demanded his money back. This car was sold for $500 as a junk car only, not intended to be driven on the roads.
