Hello In my business which is started in 2013, this is the first time I receive a complaint from a customer, but many times happened that customers coming back to buy another car or recommend me to othersParticularly for this complaint , I already sold the car to the customer at 5/22/2015, and did
the DMV registration at 6/1/and all this period I didn't receive any issue regarding any problem from the customerWe are usually sale our cars or at or with warranty, and this car sold to the customer with months limited warrant (power train only)We always advice the customer to test drive the car well and to take it to a mechanic shop for checkand to get more information before the purchase and we did that with the complaining customer beside of that after a period of one month from the date of buying the customer contacted me about this highlighted issue and I responded to her complaint by replacing sensors and two front new tires and the problem shoved with no issue Now, I am surprising to hear again by your office about this issuePlease consider all above and thank you for your time*** *** Sama Auto Sales

The buyer purchased a used "AS IS" vehicle (VW Jetta) on a price of $ from us on of January and the car in a very good shape and perfect condition so after she took long period of test drive together with her sister she decided to buy itthe only thing she asked to do a
detail to the car one more time even it was so clean so I sent it to a detail shop and also we replaced the windshield wiper by a new set.The inner side of one of the tail lights was fogy because of the weather and due to the rain of the past few days and I promised her to take care of it.After few days she came to my office complaining about the side city signal is not working and I took it to mechanic shop and they fixed that to her immediatly and the same time and in-frontof her I ordered the tail light through e-buy.Other than that she didn't mentioned any problem and on January I transferred the title to her on the DMV office and the car registered under her name.Yesterday , a person called me and introduced him self as her boyfriend and asked me either pay all the bills or returned the vesicle and if I not agree he will make trouble to me.My replay was first I don't know him and he is not a buyer of one of my vesicles and I asked him to let me talk with the buyer directly then I offered her a help but she refused also I informed her if she want to complaint let her do by following the legal channels thank you

Dear ***Just to explain I wanted to help by purchasing two new sensors and installed them on the car plus two new tires I paid for only one of them, I don't recognize that it had a problem only when I got the complaint via the Revdex.com's letter, the customer left my lot with completely satisfaction by the vehicle's status.Just to add that any car has many sensors on it can be default at any time. Any way, I will assist the customer on this issue for the last time by ordering of one brand new sensor and mail it to her address, no further response...thank you*** ***Sama Auto Sales*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: There is no agreement being madeI wish for him to fix the defective sensor he had installed in my vehicleThe business only remarks on the complaint I've made and his wrongful attempt to fix itNo decision was reachedVehicles are sold "as is," this is correctHowever, the fact that he sold me a vehicle that breached laws on safety regulations, I see fit that he install a new and EFFECTIVE sensorI have been nothing but patient with this business but I'm frustrated with all my attempts and efforts to ensure safety features which should have been ensured by the establishment

The company never offered many any help he only offered me $200.00 and hung up on me.  There are major safety issues with this car and it cost $1,500 and which to repair them to get the car up and running up to safety regulations. I have already spent $300 of my own money trying just to get this car to run and I did mention all of these things to him and he told me that that's what happens when you buy a used car you usually have to put in $1,000 worth of work.No one tried to me trouble with him we tried to give him an ultimatum either he fixes the repairs or he gives me the cash for the keys back because I'm only had the car for not even a month now and I did tell him right away that there were serious issues the car is not in perfect condition come to find out it was in an accident.
