[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] I'm not able to make a decision just yet but once me and my husband decided will let Revdex.com and Jason know. I'm not rejecting his offer we just have not made up our mind yet.Verbal Update:I talked with my husband and he agreed that we will let him come and do the work for the $200.00 to move the heating unit back to where it once was, move the ac back closer to the house, vacuum out the lines, re-solder it and put Freon in it.
Verbal Response:I had a conversation with [redacted], I told her that the pictures proved that what she said was not correct. She said she had another guy was out there, and that he told her it would cost of 1000.00 to fix it. I told her I would fix it for cost, which would be around $200.00. We left it at that, she was going to speak to her husband about the offer.

Verbal response:JQ Enterprises owner states the consumer did not purchase the equipment from them in 2006. JQ Enterprises went out to the property which is an older home in disrepair, and gave a verbal estimate. JQ Enterprises then went back a month later to do the work that was estimated. The freon...
line broke loose in the outdoor condensing unit which JQ Enterprises did not work on. JQ Enterprises owner states they were paid for the duct work they did, and no refund is due the consumer. JQ Enterprises would prefer the consumer call another company to do the additional outdoor work that is needed. Jason Q[redacted]Owner
