I do accept the business response to resolve this complaint, however, the business told me six weeks ago that I was going to have a refundThat the refund was sent to his accountantI need a solid date when this paperwork or refund will be issuedI do not want to get the run around about this matter

Revdex.com called the business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to Bernard G***, who responded verballyHe said he spoke with his attorney, who advised him not to do anything further until he puts together some paperwork for the consumer to sign before a refund is issuedHe is working on that
now and will be sending it out to the consumer soon
