I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I didn't expect them to say anything differentMy daughter called him when she found out that the transfer case was cracked and he blew her off thenIf he did not see the crack in the transfer case then where did the silicone come from? He puts in is signature block that he is a Gulf War veteran, if this is true he should not treat someone in the military the way he didI knew this was going to be our word against his so it would not go farI am at the point that as long as my complaint stays on the Revdex.com web site for others to see that is the best we are going to getI can't believe that he has not had any complaints in over two decades Regards, [redacted] ***

My mechanics would not have tried to fix a transfer case with siliconIf the transfer case was cracked we would have given a quote to replace it Doug Callebs

When my daughter had to take her truck to a garage in *** ** when she got back to *** *** the mechanic showed her where a small rag had been shoved in the crack and then silicone had been put over itNow if Accurate Auto did not put it there I guess the rag and silicone came off the road and stuck in the crackThe complaint is not going anywhereI knew Accurate Auto was going to act like thisI just hope that someone out there will see this and think twice before using them for repairs.

After going over invoice and discussing with my mechanics, I have found these accusations totally unfounded Accurate Auto has an impeccable reputation for service and quality of workOur mechanics are highly trained and honest professionalsThis is the first complaint of its kind in almost
decadesIf the transfer case was cracked while in my shop, it would have been seen and replaced since the transmission was already out of the vehicleThere would have been no reason not to do so. I didn't expect them to say anything different. My daughter called him when she found out that the transfer case was cracked and he blew her off then. If he did not see the crack in the transfer case then where did the silicone come from?
