Review: I place a down payment of $2000 on a Mercedes benz ml430. I asked the dealer ([redacted]) was the car in any accidents he said no, not according to car fax said differently. he then said if the car do not pass the inspection I will give you a full refund ( it did not pass) when I went to sign the papers and I notice that all the tires was dry rot and several other problems my uncle pointed out I told the dealer I no longer want the car because he lied about the history of the car the dealer replied you are not getting the money back because I spent $500 on the car to get it fix you can get only $1500 . the police was called the police notify the dealer that you cannot use a customer money to repair your own vehicle it is suppose to work before exchanging of monies.

the cops instructed me to take the dealership to court.Desired Settlement: I got a partial refund because he said he used $500 to fix the vehicle. I want my $500
