JSB Security Solutions, Inc. is a very professional home/business security services provider. Mr. [redacted] was very helpful and attentive in determining my security needs for my home and wasn't concerned with upselling. He was very considerate of my budget and patiently explained all of my home security options. The installation technician, [redacted] was friendly and did an excellent job installing all of the necessary equipment. The security services provided are also top notch, and I could not be more satisfied with my new system. I cannot thank JSB Security enough for the excellent service and peace of mind that they now provide for my family and me.

Sales presentation was honest and informative. The installation tech was prompt, professional and informative. The installation took the amount of time that I was told it would be and I was given more than sufficient training on the operation of my system. I have been totally happy with the operation of my security system and I have recommended it to several people.

Review: On 10/24/2013, a sales rep. stopped by my house to pitch me a product from JSB Security Solutions Inc. I did decide to go with the alarm BUT with some provisions. Mr. [redacted], who was the sales consultant let me know that I had until 10/31/2013 to decide if I wanted to keep the alarm system or not. Come to find out, after reading the contract I only had 3 days to discontinue use or they would charge me. According to the contract I have until midnight on the 3rd day to cancel before the company charges me. On Sunday, 10/27/2013, I contact there sales representative, [redacted] who has me scan and email the agreement to her. Once I get the agreement signed to her she sends me a email stating that the contract was not valid and she would need a letter stating that I do not want service and to sign it. So I do that and send her the letter. She contacts me back stating that it does not have the correct heading on the statement. So I redo the statement as she asked and send to her. She assures me that she will take care of it and will send it to the proper department. I assume that it was taken care of since I never heard anything back.

I woke up this morning to find out that the payment has been taken out of the account. (Which by the way I thought I had setup a payment to come out on the 8th of NOV.) Just another lie by the sales consultant. This is a terrible company to do business with. The sales rep. will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, the customer service is terrible as they tell you one thing and do another. NO ONE seems to care or want to solve this issue. *AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*Desired Settlement: REFUND MY MONEY. WHICH SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. COME GET YOUR EQUIPMENT AFTER YOU REFUND MY MONEY.

[redacted] was very thorough in his approach and know the security system very well, and seems to

enjoy what he is doing, because I feel he likes to help his clients to be confident in knowing

how the system works, plus he will go over and beyond his position.

I had a very professional and friendly encounter with the service reps and salesmen.they really took there time to explain the system to me and all the features that came with the new system. The thing that most impressed me about the new system was the instant response time feature and the two way voice call from the total connect operator that with the old adt system doesn't have. have that ability to change the alarm response time was a definite sale for me and in the event of me and my family being at home in the event of a break in, being force to turn the alarm off! there is a feature that allows you to type a code to alert the police. LOVE THAT !

I have had an excellent experience working with JSB Security. I first worked with a Sales Rep who fully explained the service, benefits and addressed my security needs. He took his time to make sure I understood everything fully. For my installation, my installer went above and beyond. He covered all the basis and stayed until I fully understood how to operate the system. The system itself, is state of the art and I didn't realize how far behind I was.

JSB Security did a good job of selling and set up - it took a while- but seems to work fine...although I haven't been tested and hope I won't be. The security is a good feeling to have. I would recomend them.

This is nice system and the voice active door announcement I great. A wireless system may be really great for protect.

We are extremely happy with our experience with JSB, from the first interaction/consult through the implementation of the system in our home. Our technician was [redacted] and he was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly picked up on the fact that we had little babies in the house and was cognizant of this when testing out the system. He took the time to walk us through all the features of the system and the functionality of Alarm.com and did not leave until we were completely set up and satisfied. Very cool. This move wasn't something we were planning on doing but we're glad we did. Also, the wireless system has more security and enhancements than our previous provider... all at a much better monthly price! Can't beat it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our JSB representative was personable and pleasant, his presentation was straightforward, and, while I'm sure there is always a little bit of theater in the sales pitch about how many break-ins there may (or may not) have been in my neighborhood, the way he presented the facts was more than enough to convince us that the cost of a security system (less than one meal out a month) is worth the piece of mind. Having our agent's personal cell phone number is also a strong plus in my book because it means he takes his customers seriously and wants to handle their problems himself, rather than sending us off to some nameless voice at an 800 number clear across the country.

We are extremely pleased with our entire experience with JSB Security Solutions. Each person we spoke with was very helpful. Our salesperson was very responsive and answered all of our questions and ensured our system would meet all our needs. Our installer was very professional and spent time going through the system with us to make sure we knew all the features and how to use the equipment. The installation required some trouble shooting because the house was pre-wired for an alarm but the builder dry walled over the wires. Our installer was able to locate and install everything without cutting into the drywall. He set everything up to our satisfaction! The alarm system works great and the mobile app feature is a great addition. We've had other alarms in previous homes, and this system is by far the best one we've used. You absolutely have to consider JSB Security for your alarm system.
