J&T Wings Property Maintenance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowJeff is an absolute liar He DID indicate if his team tore up the yard that he would fix it in the spring as he is a landscaping company He even took PICTURES as proof of what the lawn looked look prior to his services It is true that this was not a season of heavy snow, however, the times it did snow Jeff did not perform his duties as set forth in my expectations I do have in writing that my acceptance of his terms was contingent on his arriving at my home prior to my leaving for work at 7:AM He indicated that a neighbor on *** Rd also left for work early and that it would be no problem Never once did the plow arrive before I had to leave for work Additionally, Jeff never supplied us with my signed copy of the contract My wife made payment and did not realize it should have been delivered at that time Ask him to produce the handwritten notes in the contract as proof of the terms As far as my complaining from the start This is true, my complaints stemmed from Jeff's inability to properly run his business and keep his worker's supervised Jeff knew his contractors were an issue because he admitted that he had to fire one the very first day for failure to complete his duties as assigned My driveway suffered as well I can produce two witnesses that Jeff failed to uphold his service contract including a business owner in the area who came to my home I expect this complaint be posted on your site to warn other consumers of MrPiagentini's failure and deceptive business tactics. Jeff call and left a verbal response that stated: He was the owner, but due to a family emergency, he is no longer in business servicing customers, any lawn service contracts were sold.He stated no where in her contract does it state I will come back to fix the lawnRegarding the rest
of the complaint, she paid for services she rec'd it didn't snow much this year, some years you win, some you loseOur contract states we plow 3" or moreBusiness is now closedRegarding the call where I said I would come out, it was only to remove the stakes, I am not coming to remove the stakes as I do not need themThe consumer has complained since day and none of my other customers have ever complainedHe stated bottom line is there is nothing in his contract stating he will come back to fix anythingHe went by there and the only place where there is damage, it could have been caused by a town truck or his, but he does not cover any damage in his contract anyway
