Paid in full for assistance wth car registration. Business claims complete process in 5 working days . Gave me the run around for 3 months. And never reembursed money I paid in advance for help I never recived as stated in the contract . Plus she was paid to help file my tax forms. And still none of the years she did have been acurate or correct. I have had nothng but unexpected problems and distress haveing to try to figure out how to properly fix all the issues her service has caused to me and my life.

I regret that my health issues (cancer) did delay the reconstruction of Ms. lost dmv papers. We do not offer cash refunds for our service, however we did refund our service fees. As for her money paid to us for the dmv, we refunded her $240.00 in cash to her son as she requested. She still had difficulty registering her vehicle which we completed for her at no charge. She was still due a refund of $310.00 of which she requested that it be applied to her income tax preparation.
Her transcripts were ordered as she requested 2015 through 2018 be filed for a service cost of $370.00. It was agreed that the service would be provided at no additional cost to her.
We did not file 2015 as it would be no benefit to her due to the age of the return. 2016 was filed and the IRS kept her refund for other debts she owed. It turned out that 2017 had already been filed. 2018 has a problem with the social security number provided by her for her youngest son. She was unable to verify the correctness of his social security number to me and has chosen to deal with the IRS directly.
The total cost of the transcripts and two tax returns is $210.00 I am willing to give her back $100.00 for the remainder of the money paid to us. I was under the impression that the matter was resolved until I received her all on Dec 9,2019. I did offer the refund at that time. I apologize for my initial delay due to my illness and procedures. I am also sorry that Ms ***'s family is having hardships.
I have been in business for 35 years and I have had very few legitimist complaints in that time. Again I am willing to refund $100.00 to finalize this matter.
