itemized receipt, is for her to keep. The pack of meat that she purchased was bought 8 (eight) days before she brought it back. Once the package of meat has left the store, no one knows for sure how it was handled. We do not know if it was frozen days after she bought it when she realized she had too much or as soon as she had returned home. The return policy is clearly stated on the receipt and is also posted at the customer service area. Therefore, his decision is final and no exchange will be given.
