number in the email to me was wrong. Therefore, I or the delivery guys could not get a hold of her. I did not stop communicating with her I told her I was trying to get all the facts from both sides. I was disappointed that the delivery guys were late and brought the wrong bounce. There thought was they were late due to the traffic in [redacted] as it was move in weekend at [redacted] (which they didn’t calculate for) and was trying to get them a bounce.  They brought one that was bigger, just different from what she requested. However, they should have spoken with [redacted] about this when they dropped it off and apologized for being late. The two stories from both sides didn't match on some parts. However, I felt [redacted] complaint of being late and wrong bounce was valid enough for a partial refund. This was an event that unfolded that I was not proud of from my company stand point. This was supposed to special day for her son and stress free for her. [redacted] was reimburse the $200 she paid that day and her son was given a gift certificate to either of our two in-door location. All this was resolved within three days, check was mailed the following week.
