I am rejecting this response because:
pills is not considered "pain
relief", and that was never accepted from me, Taken from the office or filleddue to the fact that it only covered one day of pain reliefYes, the refund was put back on the Care Credit card, but only after making a huge scene and finding another dentist that would work with meThis was done by the secretary, and my complaint is towards the dentist in this situation and her demeanor towards me as a patient in painPrescribing mild pain relievers was not satisfying to the point of me rejecting the prescription because that felt like a joke and was not going to relieve the situation or pain for more than one dayThe dentist was extremely non-compassionate, unhelpful and rudePut a permanent crown on with only temporary cement and told me to figure something else out because I was unsatisfied with her work or solution to the problemThe office manager washelpful, but the dentist was a whole other storyPeople should be aware of her ridiculous solutions for pain relief and her uncaring attitude on pain management

At this point and time we have refunded the patient and we have set her up to be seen at a new practice. Dr. did provide her with pain medicine for the day of treatment and we apologize for her experience.
