Yesterday April 6, I changed 4 new tires in this service, when I got out of the service my light lit up on my desplay that my tire was deflated I went back to the service I said that that light was on and to check the tires, they checked the tires and they said that the tire were not deflated, they said to restart the computer. Today I went to a deffirent shop, they checked my wheels with a tool, and the tool said that the TPMS sensor was not working. They took the wheel off and the sensor that is inside was cut off (The TPMS sensor) I changed the sensor in the shop I went to today, then I went back to the shop where I changed my tire, I told them that my sensor is broken and about the problem, at first they said that I never ame back for the second time and that it wasen't them that broke the sensor I showed the owner the mechanic that I talked to when I came back for the second time than we called the shop that I was at today and they proofed that it was them that broke the tire, they turned around and said that they cant do anything about it, I said that I will write a complaint to the organisation that i'm writing to right now. And i'm asking to help me in this situation.
Refund I just want someone to help e with this situation and get my money back

I received a complaint from a customer stating the TPMS light turned on after we installed 4 new tires on her car. According to my service personnel, he confirmed with me that her TPMS light was already on when she first arrived at our tire shop before he installed the 4 new tires on her car. He confirmed that she left our shop and came back a second time stating that the TPMS light was still on. We explained to her that occasionally you may need to drive the car so that the TPMS light can reset itself, once it resets, the light will turn off. The customer left and took her vehicle to another service provider about 66 miles from our shop after sharing her concern with my service personnel. She returned a third time with a bill from the other shop and she stated that the shop checked her tires and was told that the sensor was broken on the tire. She shared with us that we were responsible for the bill, stating that we damaged the sensor and would like for us to cover the bill from the other shop. Although we believe that we are not at fault and I stand by my service personnel and his statement, we would like to resolve this matter to maintain a good customer relationship. I will agree to pay the bill the customer received for the repair cost of the sensor to resolve this matter accordingly. Please contact me and we can move forward.

The workers at this service are all lying about when I came there the first time that my TPMS light was already on when I got there but it was not. The light started to light up when they finished fixing the tires. I just want a refund for what they broke. $155.14, if they do agree please make them send a check to my address.

When the business sends me the check for the sum $155.14, I will not have claims to the business.
