I was browsing the internet or Facebook. I just saw an advertisement that popped up, It said free bottle of keto supplements just pay shipping and handling and they claimed to be famous for winning shark tank. So I thought that was good and also a trial, I put it my card info for shipping of $6.84, I went to check out they added another supplement with out letting me know to another $6.82. I just pay because I feel is a trial but unknowingly to me and my account was charged $89.84 and $89.82. I tried it and is affecting my blood pressure and has done zero weight loss to me. I could not even finish the trial bottles due to my condition and not having anything in mind that is a continuous money scam. But due to COVID-19 I could not get to my family house which they keep sending the fake supplements without my knowledge. Just around middle of may I want to see my family and also check the mail box it was about numerous of them in the mail box. Immediately I returned it to the address popped up in my credit card which they have collected about $591.68 putting me in a credit debt and higher interest charge of a credit Card I have not been using due to coronavirus that took away my job, so I don't want to put myself in a debt. I checked my bank account and my account statement there are many charges repeatedly for $89. 84 that came to amount of $591.68. I called and the lady informed me that when I checked out I signed an agreement which stated I would pay in full if I didn't call in 14 days. No where did it say that and I did not sign anything for 89.84 every month. No where did it give me an amount of $89. 84. or an options to choose. She said she would send me the agreement. It never came. I went back to the ketogeniks.com site and it's now user not found and I sent emails upon emails to let them refund my money back but only reply I always get is call the number which is not connecting or activated for several months now. Pls I can't pay $591.68 for a product that I never agreed to pay, not use and have been returned to the company. Very upsetting and annoying at this period I don't have a job. Lastly their customer support sent me an email stating that they can not process my refund because it has passed due because I didn't call but I have been trying the number they give me to call but is connecting and I have been sending them several emails that the number is not connecting or activated, send me back my money because you guys supplements has been returned to you. Pls I need my money back!!! $591.68.

Just pay shipping, helps you loose more weight. I ordered it about 2 weeks ago. Which has done zero. But today I check my bank account and there are 4 charges for $89 each. I called and the lady informed me that when I checked out I signed an agreement which stated I would pay in full if I didn't call in 14 days. No where did it say that. No where did it give me an amount of $89. She said she would send me the agreement. It never came. I went back to the ketogeniks.com site and it's now user not found. So now I've paid $400 for a product that I never agreed to pay. Very upsetting. I told her I had 2 unopened bottles and can I refund them? She said no. I could have a refund of $45 and still pay nearly $350.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) My ultimate resolution would be for them to refund me my money. Also make them aware that they are a fraudulent company. Now when I go back online and read reviews there have been the exact same complaints. Pay shipping which people agreed to and then within 2 weeks they had huge charges for the 'free? bottles. It's just not right. It makes me feel violated and doesn't make me want to purchase anything online. I would gladly return the unused product Thank you for your attention to this

There was no clear indication or guideline or expectation that I was going to pay the amount in full within 14 days. Nor was the consumer price ever implied in the add that I read. I still feel very mislead and am disappointed that I couldn't return the unopened product for a full refund as most quality companies allow. When I tried to go back and look at the terms they are no where to be found. What I did find is several other complaints of the same situation. I am grateful that I did get the refund given as you usually don't do that for valued customers. Even though the refund was minimal is comparison to what you charged my account without my acknowledgement . . You should be ashamed of your ways in not being forthcoming to your customers. It's flat out stealing. And secondly your add stated that you were on Shark Tank which is 100% untrue. With the click of a button I've spent $350 that I don't have.
I can't even locate your business anywhere for credibility. Shameful.

This is an advertising scam in which the site promises a "free trial" of a weight loss product in exchange for the $12 cost of "shipping and handling" and then without telling the buyer, requires an "opt out" to cancel further credit card charges of $180. The company provides no physical address and uses a 3rd party cloud-based shipping company. In complaining to the company and requesting a refund, they cited a "14-day" window in which to opt out. I requested the subsequent product not be sent, my $180 be refunded and my account be closed. They were willing to give me a $20 refund and close my account. After speaking to "Roy" a supervisor, they were finally willing to refund a grand total of $120, before Roy hung up on me providing no further course of resolution. I have received email confirmations for the refund, but I have not received the refunds as of this writing.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with and their "free trial/money back guarantee" is nothing short of fraud! I was suckered in by the "free" trial bottles and by reading about Al Roker promoting Ketogeniks Keto supplements on Dr Oz....I'm ashamed to admit. Yes, you get the bottle of keto supplements for $6.84 shipping and handling and when you order, an offer pops up for a free trial of Ketogeniks detox pills, as well (also costing an additional $6.82 S&H). What they fail to mention is that you will get full size bottles of 60 capsules, although your free trial ends at 17 days (from order date).

According to the directions on the bottle, you begin by taking one per day so 60 capsules sounds great! You must call to cancel your subscription before 17 days, and they make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to do so! You cannot email customer "service" to cancel, you must call and I was holding for 1 hour 7 minutes waiting for an answer! I refused to hang up though, because if not cancelled, you are charged $89.94 (alleged retail value). As if the whole process isn't ridiculous enough, in order to "fully cancel" my subscription I must ship back the unused remainder of the bottles to them, because my "free trial" is only good for 14 days (out of the 30-60 day supply in each bottle). So okay, pay shipping to return already opened and partially used bottles, whatever, but there's more! I then have to pay a $19.00 "restocking fee"....yes, this is what they call it, restocking, for partially used bottles? I should hope they aren't actually restocking and reusing the pills! So in other words, you're paying overpriced shipping for bottles that are shipped in the same package, on the front end, then if you cancel and return them, you're paying a $19 restocking fee for pills that better be getting tossed. Best case scenario, you're paying approx $25 for your free trial of a 2 weeks supply and they actually cancel when you ask: worst case scenario, you aren't able to cancel with the inconvenience of holding over an hour and/or their ridiculous return policy, or they don't acknowledge a cancellation, and they charge you $90! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

on 11/6/19 , I "purchased" a trial of Ketogeniks diet pills. I completed the order when I hit the button where I expected a confirm purchase page.there was a popup selling something else &The next page said your pills are on their way. I never saw anything regarding a cancel by date, or the paying of full price or what full price was. I received an email order confirmation&shipping It stated I ordered two pills for 13.66 for shipping. No info re: canceling, future shipment etc. A few days later I received two bottles of pills. I opened the box, not the pills and put it aside. Around 12/12, I receive another box of the two bottle of pills. It contains no invoice or instructions. I figured they mistakenly sent the pills & I would contact them later. Later I called to pay my credit card bill & my balance is WAY more( hundreds more) than I expected. I called Chase & they read thecharges inc. 3 from this company for $89.82 &, $89.84 11/24 & $89.82 12/10. I was confused & attempted to call the phone # on the bottom of the confirmation. It stated"KetogeniksLab 2019- Phone (866)901-0242 ***@ketogenikslab.com." I called wanting immediate relief from this unexpected bill & I reached Vonage Comm.. They said this wasn't a diet pill co. & I may have been scammed, contact my credit card immediately. So in a panic, I called Chase & stopped new charges from this company&filed a dispute. By this time I learned I had inadvertently gotten into a recurring subsc. to this pill. I emailed the co. on the 13th & they emailed me back ( 14th) &cancelled the program stating they couldn't/wouldn't deal with me in regards to my complaint or issue a refund b/c I had gone through Chase. I explained that I at first thought it was scam but they stopped responding to my email. When the co. answered Chases dispute on 1/18/2020. They responded by sending the tracking info.& photocopies of blank forms for the 89$ products. This was NOT the same form I filled out. I had been having trouble finding the site I had ordered from & when I found it I searched for the terms&cond. They're buried in a link to an 8000 word doc.After more attempts to contact The 2nd # I tried 866-235-9530 did not work either. A 3rd # worked. They still are refusing to work w/ me & wouldn't provide info to return product They won't answer further attempts to contact. , I think this company is fraudulently hiding behind legalese to scam people from money then refusing to work with them I am returning even though they won't provide info.

My dispute is that the company has not provided any evidence that I saw/agreed to these charges. It was not clearly stated when I bought the trial

I have returned the product.
This company uses Unfair and misleading business practices and creates difficult ways to contact and resolve issues.
The phone number on their response that said "Call Jesse I'm here to help" was not even the same company. This is not the first time their correspondence contained the wrong phone numbers.
I called the second number given to try to resolve on my own and for the second time said they cannot resolve the issue because I involved my credit card.

It was not clearly stated on the order screen what I was "purchasing" . You have not provided any evidence that it was clearly stated. This company does not employ fair business practices, probably why it is not accredited by the Revdex.com. Your product should stand on its own merits without ticket.

This matter has been resolved without the company's participation.

Ordered on1/8 still haven't received. Was told had to cancel by 1/24 been holding for one half hrs. No longer want product or future product
I ordered keto geniks on 1/8 and still haven't received my order. I was told by the representative that I couldn't cancel future orders until1/24. I called three different times on 1/24 totalling an hour and half to cancel but could not reach anyone. I haven't received anything at all from this business. I don't want my card charged and request a refund for the trial offer.

Placing and Fulfilling Fraudulent orders with using stolen/lost card
On January 11, 2020, I received a completed order for something but I did not order nor did use any of my personal payment methods. This company have all my information and I did not provide it. In reviewing the my accounts after the lost of my card, I see on 1/10/2020 $6.82 was debited from my account. I did not have a card because it wasn't in my procession. On 01/11/2020, I sent an email to this company and requested the fraudulent order not be processed. I check with USPS with a tracking number that reflects a Label was created but they did not have the item yet. I am a Type II Diabetic and other health issue therefore I cannot take the product. On 1/11/2020, I called customer service to find out how and any other details about the order. The representative I spoke to stated the $6.82 wasn't refundable. I told them I will not pay for an order that wasn't placed by me. I told her normally an online company will send a order confirmation to the method of communication then send a shipped email as I received today. I asked why would you not send an order confirmation which would allow me to dispute the order.

I need to have the amount of $89.84 taken off of my account as a mistake due to customer not knowing to call to cancel order.
I was on the internet when something popped up asking if I wanted to order a sample for Keto and I said yes and ordered it. Then on the next page was the Detox you could order but I did not want it so I went to the next page. The next page had the price for the Keto and the Detox. I only wanted the Keto so I went back and tried to find how to not get the Detox but could not find how to get out of it and went ahead and let the order go with both. There was nothing there that said to call and cancel if you wanted the order to stop and when the pills arrived there was nothing in the box with an explanation to call to cancel to stop the order.

This company advertised a free sample for one of their products, they saved my card information and are now charging me monthly. They scam people.
I ordered a free sample from this company using my debit card number online. I paid $13 dollars for shipping. About a month later a transaction for $89 dollars was charged on my account from the same company. I did not authorize this. I did not want this. I called the company to tell them that I did not want to suscribe to anything that they were offering and a very rude gentleman told me that this was my fault. That I was supposed to call them if I didn't want to be subscribed. Their website was created with the intention of people not noticing that they were automatically subscribing you. It never actually said call us if you want to unsubscribe and not pay the $89 dollars that they charge with in 2 weeks. What upset me most is that the guy who answered my phone call was rude to me, he gave me a cancellation confirmation number so I hung up the phone angry because he did not resolve anything. They stole my money without my permission. He called me back once we hung up the phone call to continue being rude to me. He said he would only refund $40 dollars but they took already $13 the first transaction that I approved, and $89 dollars now that I did not approve. I want my entire $89 back.

I want all of my money back. He said he can't do anything for me but I already paid $13 dollars for the products they sent me. I do not wish to pay and extra $89 dollars. I want my full $89 dollars back.

This company is not upfront with the "auto ship/auto charge" for its products. I did not agree to the auto ship order.
Free Trial Offer" isn't really free, hidden subscription / negative option. On March 21, 2019 I ordered a free trial of "Keto Burn Extreme" and "Detox Burn Xtreme" from tryketoburnxtreme.com", for $4.95 and $5.95. On April 6, 2019 my card was charged $89.84 and $89.82. I contacted Keto Burn Xtreme, who informed me that I had signed up for a subscription, and refused to issue a full refund. I was never presented the terms of that subscription - they are buried in a separate "Terms and Conditions" link that perhaps 3/4 of the way through multiple pages of terms and conditions (which is generally not permissible negative option behavior). It is clear that this company is going out of their way to hide that this is a subscription. I told them that I had taken the pills for less than 2 weeks. I was waking up at night with a horrible headache. When I stopped taking the pills the headaches stopped. I wanted to return the pills. I also wanted a refund and to cancel any more shipments. At one point the person I was speaking to offered a return of $120 then later $140. I feel that I should not pay for anything that I did not order. This is a bad example of a company "taking advantage" of people.

I would like a refund. Also, I feel that the terms of their "free" trials should be up front not hidden away. This is deceitful treatment.

AFTER REVIEWING UNUSUAL CHARGES ON BANK STATEMENT, I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS COMPANY SOMEHOW RETREIVED MY DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AND PROCESSED 6 SEPARATE CHARGES FOR "JUSTHEALTHY SLIMDOWN" AND "JUSTHEALTHY DETOX" WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. THE CHARGES TOTALED $370.22 OVER A 3 MONTH PERIOD AND THEY STATE I SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE THEIR PRODUCTS AND AGREED TO ONLY PAY SHIPPING CHARGES AT FIRST FOR THEIR "FREE TRIAL" AS WELL AS 2 MONTHLY CHARGES TO BE DEBITED EACH MONTH, ONE FOR $89.82 AND ONE FOR $89.84, FOR ONE YEAR. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS AND ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM, BUT THEY STATE THEIR REFUND POLICY IS ONLY GRANTED IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED UNOPENED.

UNFORTUNATELY, I DIDN'T NOTICE THE CHARGES UNTIL A FEW MONTHS LATER MAINLY BECAUSE IT'S TAX TIME AND I WASN'T PARTICULARY WATCHING MY STATEMENT THAT CLOSELY.

Desired Outcome

Refund I HAVE CONTACTED THE CORPORTATE OFFICE BY PHONE AND EMAIL ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY CANNOT REFUND THE CHARGES UNTIL THEY RECEIVE AND VERIFY THE UNOPENED PRODUCTS, OF WHICH I DO NOT HAVE NOR HAVE I EVER HAD IN MY POSSESSION. MY BANKING INSTITUTION IS IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A DISPUTE CURRENTLY AS WELL. THAT DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN CANCELLED SO NO FURTHER CHARGES CAN BE PROCESSED HOPEFULLY, BUT I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WAS TAKEN.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the products if you do not call to cancel and return.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/23/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $4.95 & $5.95. Your trial ended on 03/11/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

You sent us an email request to cancel your account and have the charges refunded and we were able to reply to the email you sent us and cancelled your account and advise to call us to return the recent products that you received

On 04/24/2019 you called us and the CSR offered you two options return for a refund less restocking fee or keep and refunded for Keto Burn Xtreme $55.00 and Detox Burn Xtreme $55.00. On 04/26/2019 you called again for follow up for the refund and the CSR advise you that the refund was already processed.

We do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy we have refunded the account additional for Keto Burn Xtreme $34.84 and Detox Burn Xtreme $34.82 today 05/14/2019, you should see a refund on your account within 3-5 business days.
