Review: "Just Repair Roofing" (owner is [redacted]--DOB is 08/21/1966)(he has a PA driver's license) is now doing business in Lorain County, Ohio and scammed me out of $1,900 for what was supposed to be a total gutter teardown and replacement on my home. My gutters were all torn down the day after I signed the work proposal and work was supposed to begin the next day which never happened. After my checks were cashed, he did not answer his phone or return any of my numerous calls/voice mail messages. The Amherst address on his business cards is bogus as current owner at that address said she had lived there for over 11 years and she had no idea who "[redacted]" was. I filed a police report with Amherst, OH police dept and found out that there are several outstanding warrants out for his arrest in Mercer County, PA and Oberlin, OH municipal courts. A few of the criminal charges that have been filed against him have been: Theft by deception, Theft from claimant's property; Deceitful business practices; theft by false impression; theft by unlawful taking of movable property; forgery; passing bad checks; felonious assault; felonious aggrevated menacing; constuction code violations; auto theft; fugitive from justice; burglary/criminal tresspassing.......need I say more---this guy is bad, bad, news and is out there again ripping people off. Please alert the public, as he has business cards, proposal estimates, and a 1997 Ford F150 with Ohio plates and his company name and phone# painted on the doors of his truck and is good at his job as a "professional scam artist".Desired Settlement: I know I'll never see my money again, but if cops are able to catch this guy, I'm out $1,900 of my hard - earned money.

Review: Golub Roofers repaired a leak in the slate roof. Guaranteed a year. Last night during rain storm the roof leaked again, spreading over a new bathroom floor - through the fan light in the ceiling. I left 2 messages for them - no call back. I paid them $450.00.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund, as their repair was not adequate, also in the wrong place on the roof.
