card. After investigation, he did not check out of the room with the front desk. He was checked out once housekeeping confirmed he was gone. Shortly after the room was booked again. This guest apparently ordered the food but since the account for Mr [redacted] was still open, the charges went to his card. Again, I have credited him and attempted to explain to him that this was NOT THEFT. We had a system error that caused this and no human or company had any gain from this transaction
