Review: Hello,

I used this cleaners for a couple months, and on two occasions they overcharged my credit card. I looked into these charges on my statement and contacted the business to try and get the billing errors adjusted. They owe me 81 dollars. They are trying to change that number and give me less, but I after the number of times I have spoken with them on the phone, I am tired of dealing with their excuses and attempts to dodge giving me my refund. 3 times now I have been told it would be processed by the end of the day, not to mention the 2 and a half weeks they made me wait because "the guy who processes the credit cards was on vacation." They are being dishonest, and it worries me that they have my credit card information. There was another 25 dollar charge that I don't remember but they had the "record" to indicate that that was a service provides. I told them fine and just to process my refund, but at this point I figure I should put everything on this.
