We already resolved the issueWE contacted the client, and discussed what happened - she insisted on
receiving a credit back to her card and told us that our equipment was broken upon delivery
I replied that we wanted to show her how to work the grill and the umbrella for set up but she said she was in a hurryhe signed our paper stating that everything was complete and working properlyWe dont want to argue because the client was with us for the past years but we will make sure for the next client that even if we go top court as long as we have the propoer documentation we will not allow clients to skip the set up part on teh day of the delivery
Refund was given to client business days after the phone call and exchange of txt messages

The company's side of the story is not exactly trueIt is their responsiblity to check if the equipment works well before they load their truck for deliveryThe BBQ grill was checked at my house and the driver documented that the knobs to control the flames didn't workUmbrella's weren't installed because I didnt want them to be left open and in the tables overnight and be possibly get damaged
They have given me the refund I requested for equipment that didn't workThank you for facilitating the company to do the right thing
