Review: I purchased a flat bed utility trailer from kb trailers and only towed it 250 miles when I noticed the sidewalls of the tires had significant cracking on them hence rendering them on safe!I did some research online and found that there was a recall of this tire brand in 2005. Also numerous complaints&postings of these tire s failing&blowouts The tires are manufactured in china and are called [redacted] I contacted the owner and told him of the situation and requested he pay for four new replacement tires his response was that he forwarded the email isent him to his vendor!and he would get back to me! that was two days ago and I haven't heard back! I would like the owner [[redacted] to be responsible for these defective tires on a brand new trailer that cost 2500.00 dollars!I would like to be compensated for the cost of four new good tires!Desired Settlement: I would like the owner of kb trailers to reimburse me for the cost of four new trailer tires.

[redacted] received his replacement tires 10/11/13. He was informed that when he originally made me aware of the issue that he needed to bring in the tires for inspection and we would take care of the situation. He did not bring in the tires. I made him aware last week it was our intention from the beginning to resolve this matter but we needed the defective tires. He brought the tires to the shop for inspection, I ordered the replacement tires and the replacement tires and wheels were given to him in days. I believe I acted responsibly correctly in this matter. [redacted]
