Review: I attempted to buy a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The used car manager made a deal with me and my son, I went home to get checkbook and on the way back to dealership, I was told the car was sold. That they took a deposit. About a week later, car is still available (for sale) on the dealership used car inventory and online advertisement.
Used Car Manager basically lie, discriminated against me and embarrassed me in front of my son.Desired Settlement: Be allowed to purchase car at dealer cost due to business malpractice

On November 30th **. [redacted] came in and looked at a 2009 Acura TL. [redacted] had a 2008 Dodge Charger to trade with a payoff of $13,521. The vehicle was appraised for $8000.00 The resulting situation was that **. [redacted] had $5521.00 in negative equity. We told **. [redacted] that he needed a minimum of $3500.00 down payment to purchase the Acura. He informed us that he had only $500.00 to use as a down payment and asked us to extend him a promissory note for the balance until the end of December. We told him we would not do that. **. [redacted] called back later that day and wanted to renegotiate the price. We said no. Subsequently we took a deposit on the Acura and sold it to another customer. We never had a deal with **. [redacted] and we didn't have a bank who was willing to finance the loan for him. There is nothing more we can do for **. [redacted]. Thank You,
Review: They still owe me $500
last October I went to their place and try to buy a Maxima.
They don't have 2012 model in stock, they say I can drive a 2013 model home and when they got 2012 I can change it back. They ask me to put some "deposit" I was thinking it's towards the car driving home(they never told me it's towards the car I gonna to buy, and it's not refundable ). And due to "Sandy" was coming , we didn't drive the 2013 model car home at all. Later we change our mind I bought from other dealer.
And they refused to give back my $500.
I called them many times, one of their mangers said:"We have a lot customer much more valuable than you, so we don't have time." I contacted Nissan USA and Nissan Chantilly agreed to give back my money after that but they never do.
Avoid this dealer for sure.Desired Settlement: Give back my $500
