Kenneth & Company

I was referred by my employer to seek the company's service for tax situation involving both me and my employer. Mr Kenneth told me he would be able to offer his help in exchange of payment of $400 cash app payment. The money was sent by my sister on 12/9th and since then it became really hard to get a hold of Mr Kenneth, after several attempts to reach him I decided for a refund on 12/14 after he asked me to do the work myself because it was not what he anticipated.
Since then, he has been dodging my calls and ignoring my text messages.
So i'm contacting your company in last resort has my money has not been returned to me as of now.
