Sorry for any inconvenience it was a delay in receiving the title  from the previous owner. When a vehicle is purchased from the auction the vehicle arrives prior to the title. Sometimes the correct documentation is not filed by the previous owner/seller of the vehicle. Or sometimes there is a...

I am rejecting this response because:Please note the case has not been resolved. I had responded reject to settlement offer. The dealership never sent any refund. One check the issued for $500 had a stop payment put on it. The money owed to me is a larger amount as stated below.
Please let me know what I need to provide as evidence.
I have bill of sale. Copy of there returned check. Agreement they made in writing to refund money.
In addition the over charge on the credit card had never been refunded
