Mr [redacted]s  comments are false, damaging and unfounded. We provided services in the specified time frame including 2 Logos, 2 websites and SEO provided (which we have screenshots proving our work preformed and timelines and signed contracts by Me .[redacted]) Our SEO services are a on-going monthly service and are never fully completed, We provided  Yoast SEO on-site optimization and content.  Mr [redacted]s, falsified his statements about occurrences specific to services preformed including he and his webmaster going in and changing work [redacted] Consulting, LLC already preformed. We feel that [redacted] took advantage of the situation, used curse words on the phone with us (specifically the Fword) and was rude and disrespectful in emails.  Furthermore, we did not find out until later that he owned his own SEO company. In light of this information, we are potentially investigating to see if there were any trade secretes taken specific to our on-site optimization techniques provided on the websites in question. Because of these facts, we decided to terminate his agreement. The next day, out of emotion, Mr [redacted],  posts several unfounded and damaging posts on [redacted], then Revdex.com and others that we are not aware of. Out of the 7 years we have conducted business, we never had not one bad review on [redacted] or anywhere else for that matter.  We ask that due to the damaging nature of Mr. [redacted]s actions, and unethical behavior, we ask that  Revdex.com delete his complaint.
We feel that after all of the work provided, that Mr [redacted] is not entitled to a credit or refund, however, we are willing to end this pursuit If Mr [redacted] agrees to remove all negative posts including, [redacted], Revdex.com and any other place he has posted negative comments about [redacted] Consulting, LLC,/Kinteractive Agency and any other related website he felt inclined to post damaging remarks.  We are willing to offer a more than generous settlement of $600.00. And due to this, we found not continue our business relationship.

Here is an email we sent dissolving the relationship between [redacted] Consulting and [redacted]. Notice that [redacted]s response this is prior to our dissolution email.

From [redacted] Consulting, LLC :Email Sent to [redacted] on " After careful consideration, we decided that a credit is not going to be applied back to you as we feel that we have gone above and beyond the normal scope in the early stages of this project.

Services rendered includes the following.

First, we completed 2 logo's. one, is uploaded to your wine site and the other is completed but we can't upload it to due to the fact that we still do not have full access ( please do so so that we may complete the migration. Our retail cost to produce each logo is $800.00. totaling $1700.00 (this is also a discounted cost )

This service was never agreed upon prior to signing the agreement from January 21, 2014. [redacted] Consulting generously waved the fee of $1700 to produce both logos as a curtsey, (as it was not part of our original agreement you signed with [redacted] Consulting) and we wanted to maintain you as a happy client, The second logo is completed ,[redacted] Consulting Web Developer assigned to your account) has been trying to upload the second logo, but the admin privileges are still not letting us full access, we have been asking over several occasions now as one of our goals was to get both websites up by the end of Feb. We accomplished that did that. The majority of the on-site optimization for [redacted].com is also completed for the wine-tasting site. (please refer to the attached screen shots)

Second, we have repeatedly had discussions with you in regards to changes that happen to your website (specifically, the wine tasting website) Someone, either you or your other webmaster went into the site and made changes, thus having us to go back in and re-work. This is counter productive to the work we have already preformed. Every time we have had to have [redacted] go in and change items, your webmaster or you have changed, it costs our company time which is money. Our consulting and design services are $200.00 an hour to be exact. We are already out 3 hours having to re-work changes, re-manage logins. I am out money due to reworks.

Third, [redacted] committed to [redacted] Consulting that when he first signed up with us, that we could bill his credit card $950 on Feb 1st. [redacted] said that "it was fine if we run that transaction". When we processed on Feb 1, 2014 the transition was declined, hit our merchant accounts as a NSF. Thanks to the graces of our credit card processor there was no charge for the return. [redacted] Consulting called you to see what was going on with the outstanding payment you agreed to pay and you said that things were slow and that you could not do the monthly payment of $950.00 it until 2 weeks later (around Feb 17th). [redacted] Consulting, went above and beyond and agreed to honor an extension for the outstanding payment.

After services were preformed, both website were up with logos , on-site optimization completed, [redacted]s credit card was billed $950 on Feb 26th not the agreed 2/17/2014. We felt that giving [redacted] even another two weeks was beneficial to maintaining a positive account status. The second reason we gave a grace period on billing as we wanted to show [redacted] that [redacted] Consulting was dedicated to servicing his needs by expediting his service request and not only get both websites up but also to get both logos up, both-Off and On-site optimization for www.sandigo-winetasting.com and email was sent to you to embed for off-site optimization (of which [redacted] never embedded our link) Here is a list of work that what was actually preformed for [redacted] from 2/21/2014 to 3//2014 leading up to our cancellation of his services.

Worked Preformed for both www.sdbrewertrour.com and [redacted].com (please refer to screen shots detailing active websites and seo on-stie implementation

www.[redacted].com- Website completed and live, logo created and embedded, SEO-Onsite Optimization 90% completed (On-Site Optimization is an on-going monthly service that always needs management.

www.[redacted].com site up, logo completed, Can upload logo to due to admin lock out via [redacted]. We will have this file emailed to [redacted] if needed.

In light of everything we have done and the fact that we went above and beyond on [redacted]'s account we felt that is was best if we part ways. Effective immediately I ([redacted]) am terminating our agreement. There will be no credit issued as this project was a complete loss for the company as services have been preformed. Please refer to section 1 of the [redacted] Consulting Terms and Conditions that [redacted] Signed on 2/21/2014 that states"The WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT production process takes approximately 30-90 days to complete (this time-line is for each website created and does not included logo creation for both websites nor does it include continued on-off site optimization which is a continued monthly installment) All of this services were provided and [redacted] seeks reimbursement? This is not an option. Furthermore, we are looking into additional money's and hours lost due to the actions of [redacted] and the incidences occurred during 2/21/2014 to 3/6/2014. There is a potential to seek for damages occurred by [redacted] as he posted fall and unfounded information and posted this information on [redacted]. This is a detriment to [redacted] Consulting business as from the dates 2006 (when the company was founded) to 2014 we never had a negative comment or post sent to either the Revdex.com nor [redacted].

If you want us to upload the logo and content for the brewery site, I will consider this is the final work we will do on this project. I do wish that we would have had a more successful, long-relationship.

As a side note, the great news for you is that you have two custom word press. with logos and that (of which one website) are optimized for $1950, you made out good on this one.

Warm Regards,

President

[redacted] Consulting, LLC

So he was trying to string me along by milking me for each month coming.(this is a incorrect statement, we do not have to string along clients, our work and clinet base speaks for itself) I caught on really fast and told him that he wasn't getting any more money until the websites were done (this is incorrect, the websites are up, the wine site is optimized within the time frame agreed (please look to the attached documents) Furthermore, [redacted] told me (basically lied to me when his payment was due Feb 1st and tole me that business was to slow to pay the agreed payment of $950.00 Again, please look to the attached agreements that are signed and dated by [redacted]. Well, they got done and their was no content (this is again false and incorrect. (Please look to the attached documentation showing content, and SEO On-Site Optimization completed for the entire Wine Website).

So It is going to take me a month just to add the content myself and he was going to charge me the monthly charge while I add my own content. So now he has my credit card number and keeps charging it. After the first charge I told him specifically, "No more money until both sites are done!" Now, about the SEO I'm pretty savy about SEO and he said he was working on my seo for the sites. The funny thing was that I had no site up and running yet with any content. How do you do onsite SEO when there's no website. Maybe he's doing offsite seo and establishing me some great links. No he wasn't doing any of the above and he had no clue what I was taking about, and this is when I realized he was in above his head.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

Mr. [redacted] spoke of ONSITE SEO as if he knows what it is. He doesn't and according to the LEADERS IN SEO ([redacted]) they describe ONSITE SEO as :

What is On-Page SEO?

There are several on-page factors that affect search engine rankings. These include:

Content of Page

The content of a page is what makes it worthy of a search result position. It is what the user came to see and is thus extremely important to the search engines. As such, it is important to create good content. So what is good content? From an SEO perspective, all good content has two attributes. Good content must supply a demand and must be linkable.

Good content supplies a demand:

Just like the world’s markets, information is affected by supply and demand. The best content is that which does the best job of supplying the largest demand. It might take the form of an XKCD comic that is supplying nerd jokes to a large group of technologists or it might be a Wikipedia article that explains to the world the definition of Web 2.0. It can be a video, an image, a sound, or text, but it must supply a demand in order to be considered good content.

Good content is linkable:

From an SEO perspective, there is no difference between the best and worst content on the Internet if it is not linkable. If people can’t link to it, search engines will be very unlikely to rank it, and as a result the content won’t drive traffic to the given website. Unfortunately, this happens a lot more often than one might think. A few examples of this include: AJAX-powered image slide shows, content only accessible after logging in, and content that can't be reproduced or shared. Content that doesn't supply a demand or is not linkable is bad in the eyes of the search engines—and most likely some people, too.

As you can read, Mr. [redacted] is out of his league when describing ON SITE SEO, mostly because I had NO CONTENT after 2 months of being under his contract no content was constructed, nor did he inquire about what content I wanted. These steps are imperative for any site to be started and Mr. [redacted] never called me once or emailed me about the organization of the sites. This was just a simple website building article which is informative about the steps needed to build a site and (BUILDING A WEBSITE) Mr. [redacted] did NONE of them!

There are common steps one initiates in building a site. Mr. [redacted] never asked me once about anything pertaining to my site, CONTENT, DESIGN, DIRECTION, ETC.... There was NO work going into the site.

I questioned Mr. [redacted] specifically after one month of work, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?", and he rambled about all the difficulties of doing the "back-end" work. I asked him what "back-end work". He got really frazzled and kept repeating himself. This is when I said, "NO MORE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE UNTIL THE WEBSITE DESIGN WAS COMPLETED!"

He agreed and still charged me a few weeks later. Claiming that a template which only had a logo and picture was up. Please keep in mind that a logo and template takes a total of one hour to do! I even paid for the template for him to use (his template was improperly set up and needed another person who was actually familiar with code to make it work) so all he needed was a logo,

The logo I received was a cheap $5.00 logo you can get online. It wasn't styled (effects) at all were most labor hours come into play when designing a logo. It was just clip art image and a font. ANY GRAPHIC ARTIST COULD DO THIS IN 10 MINUTES! LOGOS SUPPLIED IN ATTACHMENTS

Yes, I was disrespectful to Mr. [redacted] via email but after being told by several reputable companies that [redacted] was ripping me off, one can understand my frustration with having my money stolen! Maybe larger companies can swallow $2,000 dollars but I can't.

Mr. [redacted] talked of 2 logos being done but I have emails receiving each logo on ( Wine Tasting - Feb 7, 2014) , (Brewery Page - March 17, 2014) I specifically told Mr. [redacted] on Feb 28 that I wanted no more. As per Mr [redacted] statement that both sites would be done We have the "build-out for Design and SEO to be completed for both sites on orbefore 3/3/2014. "

I'm sure he would be happy to show you those complete and working sites that he's attesting to.

I already told you that I wanted to cancel everything until you were done with the 2 websites. You had my initial deposit to start the construction of the websites and that was good enough. Secondly, you stated in the begining that the websites would include everything.

Now, it comes down to me suppling the content. Until I can completely do that the websites can not be OPTIMIZED. Please deposit the money back into my count and once again I state that you may not deduct anymore funds from my account.

Response:

If this is not acceptable, please let us know asap.

We switched our Search Engine Optimization service over to Krasovetz Consulting less than 2 weeks ago and already our internet leads have increased over what we were getting for the past year of using our another SEO service. They have been very easy to work with, I get emails about the new things they are doing to increase our internet leads. K Interactive Agency is the BEST SEO Company in San Diego, I highly recommend them."
